Très décevant, menu à 33 € pour la fête des pères croustillant d’agneaux (nems d’agneau bof bof) avec des carottes crues car elles manquaient de cuisson, pavé saignant (intérieur froid), filet mignon !!! enfin le dessert soi-disant un moelleux au chocolat on aurait dit un gâteau sec. Donc un repas pas top top !

Devant mes difficultés de déplacement, on nous a tout de suite installées au rez de chaussée . Le personnel a été attentionné, le service efficace et rapide . Le hamburger est fameux et copieux .

Hotel Terminus

06/12/2025: My son was trekking and got lost. On his way back, he missed his train and ended up outside on the street! I called this hotel, which was full! I explained the situation, and this gentleman found a solution for him for the night! I thank you so much for this act of kindness! And for your quick response, because without it, he would have been outside in the winter temperatures! So, a thousand thanks to this gentleman! Sarah.

11/12/2025: My friend and I were desperately looking for a bathroom and the nicest man at the front desk let us use the one in the restaurant. We were so grateful, A+ customer service.
30/10/2025: This place is very special. The food is good and reasonably priced. However, if you order a flank steak, you might get an entrecôte, or vice versa. Sometimes the wait to be served is very long, but it's worth it. The place is superb, the owner is really friendly, and I've ALWAYS been surprised when it came time to pay: it was always cheaper than I expected! It's also great for children who can play safely nearby. I've even had the chance to get some exceptionally high-quality cuts of meat. It's all a matter of luck. Every time I'm in Ax-les-Thermes, I always make sure to stop by. The rooms are nice too...
