We love this restaurant, a favorite among regulars, with its short and well-executed menu. The food is good (my partner absolutely loves the octopus!). The atmosphere is warm and the service is friendly and efficient.

The best octopus in the world is at Chez Francine, incredibly delicious, the staff so friendly, and excellent value for money. Thanks also to Sonia for her amazing homemade desserts! I highly recommend this wonderful place in Carro 💙

A wonderful discovery during a weekend getaway with friends in the south. A warm welcome with a smile and excellent, beautifully presented dishes. I personally enjoyed a delicious Provençal pizza with parsley and fresh tomatoes.

Everything was excellent 👌 The pizza, the figatelli, the panisses, the perfectly cooked octopus, not to mention the delicious rum baba and profiteroles for dessert 🤩 For a first visit, we weren't disappointed. Thank you for a wonderful time. We highly recommend it 👍🏻

We had figatelli sausage, octopus, cuttlefish, and panisses, and everything was excellent, fresh, and very well cooked. The prices are reasonable, except for the price per glass of wine, which isn't a grand cru: €6 for the wine and €8 for the red.

16/04/2026: Although they were finishing their shift, they still agreed to serve us. Impeccable service and a perfect daily special. As usual.
10/04/2026: A very good experience at Maritima in Martigues. The welcome was warm and the setting pleasant, ideal for a relaxing time. I opted for mussels and fries, which were well-prepared and delicious, with generous portions. The service was efficient and friendly. A real plus: dogs are welcome, which is especially appreciated. I highly recommend it!
