the restaurant on the south side, located behind Les Halles, simple homemade cuisine, every day the menu changes every day plus the menu which is not bad due to a reasonable price 😋

If you visit Beziers, do try this restaurant. Definitely a little French gem! Very authentic and with a quirly little courtyard inside. There's even a parot they rescued there and love to sing to the customers. The food is succulent and the prices cheap (their lunch menu is 19 euros for starter, main and dessert). The à la carte dishes are very reasonable too and oh soooo delicious! I can particularly recommend the "moules farcies" (stuffed mussels) with homemade fries. The "encornets farcis" (stuffed squids) as well. My husband got a "magret de cannard" (duck fillet) which he loved. They do not have a kids menu but they accommodated us by making a "steack haché with frites" (burger meat with fries, typical food for kids in france) for our 7 years old which was, according to him, the best food he ever had and even prompted him to say it in french to the waitress! If we ever visit Bezier again (which is a lovely town to visit by the way), we will definitely go back there!
