Restaurant Dagsbourg sur Eguisheim

Our experience could be better. I asked for a glass of wine of their recommendation, and they brought a Pinot noir that it seemed to be open for way too long, since it was a bit acid. My wife ordered a lemonade but a sprite came, maybe it was a translation error, but I’ve included a picture of the menu. We ordered a tarte flambee (flammkuchen) and a ravioli with salmon sauce. The tarte was a bit dry and the ravioli was ok. The service was a bit slow, there were not a lot of people in the restaurant and the food took some time to arrive.

Nice Italian menu, homemade for sure, top-notch welcome, I honestly recommend it. And the owners are super nice and shopkeepers I love

Nice pizzeria also with various tarte flambées on the menu. Very friendly service. It was quick and tasted good.
