4.4 Overall quite wonderful Food had some definite hits and creativity was there. A couple dishes missed the mark. Service was quite slow.

This restaurant is a DO NOT MISS….at all or you will regret this decision. The artistry of David Toutain’s food can only be surpassed by its impeccable flavor profile. David is a true culinary artist, his staff is polite and welcoming. We could not possibly have a better experience or a better dinner! It was an amazing experience and one we plan to come back to France to experience again! Merci beaucoup!

"Gorgeous!" We had a great romantic dinner for my birthday! All the dishes were delicious, and the service was top notch. (A big thank you to Guillaume for his professionalism and his sympathy, he largely contributed to the success of this evening!). Nice presentation of the dishes. I was pregnant and the chef was very good at adapting the menu to my constraints, with a real alternative each time (and not just removing the forbidden food like in other restaurants). For example, the blue intended for cheese was replaced by Comté. According to my partner, the introduction of the pairing wines would have deserved to be more detailed: not just giving the information on the bottle label, but also the little presentation that goes with it. Too bad there are no fresh/pressed juices or homemade mocktails (but a food and soft drink pairing is offered). I recommend 1000%!

The wine pairing was great, the food was delicious, and I had a very enjoyable dinner here. The shape of the dessert is similar to a sun egg but it tastes like a completely delicious dessert. I love it.

This is my first Michelin 2-star experience as we do not have Michelin guides in Australia where I live. We had dinner and elected to have the 10-course meal of the Summer menu. From the appetitives to the dessert, everything was delicious. Some of them literally made my mouth water. The flavours, textures, and presentation were beautiful. It is very hard to pick a favourite but I really liked the green bean/peach/fig, the abalone, and Chanterelle. For the dessert, The Vanilla milk pralin looked very simple, but again once you start eating, it was phenomenal. I can see some reviews commenting on the service. Whilst I agree that you don't feel "spoilt", I still think we were serviced well. Food was served in a timely manner, explanations were given of what the food is and how best to eat them, and my husband really enjoyed the red wine selection from the sommelier. The restaurant itself is clean, very minimalist in decoration which we liked; it made it look more elegant. Of course as expected in this type of dining, we spent quite a bit, approximately 700 euros between us two. However I personally thought the food experience was worth this. I so recommend dining here for an unforgettable gastronomical experience.

We dined here about a year ago, and this still is one of the best meals/experiences we've ever had. The food was incredible (innovative, delicious, luxurious), the service was unlike anything we've ever experienced (so attentive and helpful, made the evening so enjoyable), and the atmosphere was lovely. My husband and I still talk about this meal and compare other dining experiences to this one. Thank you for the wonderful experience and memories!!

This is the best restaurant ever! I’ve never had food this amazing. Something could look like something simple, but had so many flavors in one bite. Everything was perfect! We will always talk about this restaurant!
