We had an excellent evening at this restaurant. A special mention goes to the gentleman of Albanian origin who served us. He was incredibly kind. Thank you!
The only slight drawback (hence the 4 stars for the food) was the wine in the vol-au-vent. It wasn't listed on the menu, but the flavor was quite strong. My wife found it a bit much, though. I was less bothered. Probably just a matter of taste. ☺️

Very good sauerkraut (5 meats).
As advertised, the waiter creates a certain atmosphere. It's up to you, but nothing intrusive, just setting the mood.
Small shaded terrace, at least from 12 to 1 p.m. A minor complaint about the blueberry tart; it wasn't quite up to my expectations.

We loved it! We received a very warm welcome, and the service was friendly and efficient. The setting is lovely, both indoors and outdoors. As for the food, it was all excellent; the ham hock with Munster cheese and the rösti were a huge hit!

We came here for a late lunch. The terrace was full, but we were lucky and got a table. The two gentlemen serving were very friendly, and we ordered escargots, a casserole with Munster cheese, and baeckeoffe, along with soft drinks. Everything arrived quickly and tasted great, very good indeed. Overall, we felt very comfortable, and the prices are typical for Alsace. We enjoyed it! 👍

We had dinner there on Wednesday evening. We ordered vol-au-vent and my daughter had chicken nuggets with Spätzle. It was excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal. Furthermore, the service was impeccable, and we appreciated the servers' humor and smiles. We had a very pleasant time.

My partner and I make it a point to come to this restaurant every year when we're in Ribeauvillé. The food is delicious, everything is excellent, and the owner is incredibly kind and funny! The atmosphere is very friendly.
I highly recommend it.
