Disappointing last meal of our holiday. The two menu items I wanted were off, so had the burger. Waitress was lovely though. It was very quiet with only two other customers.

The cooking is unambitious. It's filling.
They could put more effort into the preparation.

Having arrived relatively late (1:45 pm) in La Bouille on a Sunday, Café de la Poste was our only option for lunch. Given the reviews, we were a little apprehensive, but we actually had a very good meal. The staff is welcoming and friendly, the atmosphere and setting are pleasant, the service is efficient, the menu is quite varied, and the prices are reasonable for this type of establishment. We ordered a Caesar salad, a moussaka, and a slice of Norman apple tart; the portions were generous, and everything was delicious.

The waitresses are very welcoming, smiling, and attentive. The burger, with its homemade bun, is truly delicious. I particularly recommend the Normand. Beautiful view of the Seine. In short, top-notch service, a pleasant atmosphere… I highly recommend it!

It's a shame the café closes in the late afternoon; there's no option to eat in the evening. But it's very pleasant for a refreshing drink.
