We arrived to this restaurant after a very long trip all the way from Italy, and it absolutely did not disappoint us! A very pleasant welcome to Alsace and its delicious cuisine, this restaurant has a warm atmosphere and offers excellent typical food such as the Tarte Flambée. We enjoyed a lovely evening here and we are particularly grateful for the service: all the waiters were extremely kind to us, had patience with our broken French and our messy accent, and made sure we understood everything from the menu. Bonus points: super tasty Munster cheese and the scrumptious moelleux au chocolat! Highly recommended!

La Tour, Turckheim. We rounded off our stay in Turckheim with dinner at La Tour. The interior has a somewhat rustic feel, but it's still cozy. They serve Alsatian specialties and local wines. The food was good, as was the service—we felt completely at ease.

What a welcome I found at this restaurant. Kindness, competence, and cordiality. The interior decor is very beautiful and traditional, the dishes are well-prepared and can be modified in some ways, and are explained in Italian with great courtesy. The shank was very tender and not at all greasy, the desserts and first courses were perfect, and the snails were delicious. We ate at lunchtime and returned in the evening. Thank you for everything, I ate very well.

The owner was welcoming, but the waiter was particularly rude.
The tarte flambée was decent, but the chestnut torch dessert was not up to restaurant standards! The presentation and meringue were mass-produced...
Expensive for this type of food.

We sincerely want to thank the brasserie for the excellent service we received. The service was friendly and professional, the value for money is more than fair, and the attention to detail is evident. We also especially appreciate that it's a pet-friendly space, where our pets are welcomed and treated with the same care. Without a doubt, it's a place we'll want to return to and recommend.

A pleasant and delicious meal in a great atmosphere. There were 14 of us at the table. The servers were efficient and smiling, even on December 29th. And it's just a stone's throw from the Christmas market.

The prices at this restaurant are unbeatable. I had Käsespätzle (cheese spaetzle), which were very good and very reasonably priced. Another positive aspect of the restaurant is its long opening hours. We wanted to eat at 9:00 PM, and every other restaurant in Turkheim had already closed its kitchen. Not so Restaurant de la Tour. It stayed open until late into the night.

What can I say...
It's been a long time since we've eaten in a restaurant as wonderful as this one.
A marvel.
They've made me love sauerkraut again; it's the first time I've ever had it without the slightest hint of acidity.
The "Grandma's Gratin" was divine.
Generous portions, beautifully presented.
With such kindness and friendliness from the servers. Delicious desserts 😋.
Wooden decor, just the way we like it. In short, everything was perfect.
Kudos to the team who truly make you feel like you're in a very family-friendly place.
A first for us, but certainly not the last.
We'll definitely be back when we're in the area.
