A customer for over 50 years, it's still just as good. I stop by whenever I'm in Troyes. The atmosphere has remained stylish, perhaps less convivial than in the very beginning when we were crammed together like sardines around a large central table. But the spirit of kindness is still there.

I ate there today. I had a royal couscous, with excellent merguez sausages. I loved the taste. The chicken was well-cooked and very good, too. The lamb was delicious and melted in your mouth. :)
I like the slightly old-fashioned atmosphere of the dining room, with dim lighting; I find it soothing. The chairs are comfortable too. ;)

Warm welcome. Regarding the couscous, the semolina was well-processed but too fine, and the vegetables were too full of celery and turnips... a serious lack of zucchini and carrots, and the broth was completely flavorless and tasteless (too bland). The prices were too high for the food served, and this was true across the menu. Too bad!
