I will only comment on the restaurant, as I did not stay at the hotel. Charming little inn located in the beautiful village of Turckheim. Professional welcome. Impeccable service. Excellent ingredients and good cuisine. Expertly cooked. A few good wines. And a satisfying cheese platter. Congratulations on the pink trout appetizer! It was very delicate, full of flavor, and perfectly seasoned. The same goes for the reduced jus that accompanied the beef fillet. The beetroot risotto was average and not up to the standard of the rest of the meal. A different garnish would have been preferable, in my opinion. On the other hand, I found the portions a bit stingy! Half a beef fillet cut in half under the pretext that it's on a set menu is excessive! It's not so much the prices that are the problem, but rather the portion size. This restaurant is nevertheless worth a visit.

Excellent food, homemade dishes prepared and simmered. Good wine pairings by the glass. Professional service and welcome as well. We highly recommend it!

We had dinner at the Auberge du Brand as a family and were delighted with the experience. The dishes were exquisite, well-crafted without being pretentious, and perfectly balanced. The ambiance of the restaurant strikes the perfect balance between elegance and conviviality, as does the service, which was welcoming, friendly, pleasant, and genuinely attentive to our needs (including the children's!). Thank you for this wonderful time!

A restaurant worthy of a Michelin-starred chef 👌 Perfect service, the dishes are incredibly good 🙂 This is our second visit and it's just as good as the first time. I highly recommend it; it's the best restaurant in Turckheim.

A small menu with limited choices, but high quality and very well cooked; the seasoning was perfectly balanced. A true chef is at the helm. Bravo, top-notch! Cozy atmosphere with pleasant background music. It was a very good evening. Very professional service. Dogs are welcome. Reservations must be made online. Clean restrooms.

Our stay at Auberge du Brand was truly exceptional. What immediately stands out is the peace and beauty of the setting. Located in the heart of the historic center of Turckheim, the auberge enjoys a rare sense of calm and a wonderful energy, especially compared to other, often busier, Alsatian villages. Being so central while feeling such serenity is something quite special. We had dinner at the auberge and it was one of the highlights of our stay. The quality of the ingredients is excellent, the service flawless, and the tasting menu thoughtfully composed. The wine pairing, focused on local wines, is perfectly curated and enhances each course beautifully. The auberge is run by a very young couple, around 30 years old, who manage the property with genuine care and passion, something you can truly feel throughout the experience. We also stayed in a room overlooking the main street: spacious, warm, and extremely comfortable, with a very good bed and a large bathtub that added an extra touch of relaxation. Breakfast was equally memorable, with high-quality products served in a cozy and welcoming dining room that makes you feel immediately at home. Auberge du Brand is a place we wholeheartedly recommend and would happily return to.
