Very beautiful place with refined decor, top service, good advice and cuisine with a most creative chef who makes us salivate as his dishes are succulent and tasty in every bite... I recommend with your eyes closed, go there you will be charmed!!!

We had dinner at the inn (4 4-course menus with wine pairing). The cuisine was delicious and refined with very good quality products. The wine pairing was refined and in perfect harmony with the dishes served. We recommend more than certainly!

A gem to discover, a crazy talent in the kitchen for these two young people who have just settled in Turckheim. The wine recommendations were in perfect harmony with the food. We had an excellent evening in a warm setting.

Ideally located in Turckheim between Colmar and the wine route. The original and comfortable hotel rooms ideally complement the very good restaurant.

Excellent welcome. Impeccable quality of dishes which reflects great cooking technique. Varied wine list to match the dishes. Very efficient service and, as a bonus, with a constant smile throughout the evening. Warm and intimate setting. Absolutely worth discovering.

Det nye ejer-makkerpar af BRAND gennem kun 1 måned fortjenter klapsalver… Vi fik den sødeste og professionel behandling af fruen gennem hele aftenerne på deres ellers ret ydmyge baggårds terrasse. Fruen i huset guidede os til lækker aperitif med 2 små lækre snacks tilhørende og deres fantastiske BLÅ HUMMER MENU som vi vil kategorisere som “MAGISK” ikke mindre! Så kokken - og ejer i huset skal hermed have stor ros som sammensætningen af en 4 retters menu hvor de 3 retter var delikat lækker tilberedt hummer. Desserten ligeledes indbydende og lækker. Vi kunne høre de andre tilstedeværende gæster - som fik andre serveringer også gav stor ros .
