Lucky to find this restaurant in this remote area. What a fantastic find. The food was fabulous and the wine fantastic. The service was good although a tad slow however that did not matter as you had views over the valley that would keep you mesmerised for hours. One not to miss if you are in the area.

Very comfortable rooms and nice breakfast. Our room was clearly recently done in a very modern style. 5 stars for the shower.

After a mountain bike ride from Puilhaurens, we found a great welcome here, fantastic rooms and extraordinary cuisine! Everything was perfect! Little extra, the Cucuniano red wine served with a view of the vines which were used to make this sublime beverage!

Thank you for your welcome and your kindness. We enjoyed our short stay at your inn. Cleanliness of the rooms, comfort, calm. The restaurant offers perfect, careful and delicious dishes with an exceptional view. The winegrower spirit is very present in the main room which has a lot of charm! Finally we took the formula with breakfasts which are really worth it... fresh local products a pure treat always with the breathtaking view. Thank you for everything. The pleasure was there.

Very comfortable hotel, pleasant room, large bathroom and separate toilet. Quiet. Very well located for visiting the Cathar castles. Excellent, high-level cuisine. Welcoming and helpful staff! The only downside is the breakfast service...full buffet but no staff.

Nous sommes venus en famille . Serveuse et serveur accueillant. Des plats gourmands. Qui nous donne envie de revenir. Une selection de vins sympa. Nous comptons y revenir . Faut prendre le temps, on y mange pas en deux minutes. La vue top.
