A superb experience! Magnificent setting, top-notch service with a smile, and incredibly delicious food. The pool and jacuzzi were a dream... a stunning view of the castle and vineyards. We will be back; I highly recommend the Ramstein hotel and restaurant.

29/03/2026: I was extremely disappointed this time. My evening was ruined by two things. My ham hock was completely dried out and black. It still sits heavy in my stomach. And the other diners were completely drunk. The man was yelling at the woman, and none of the staff reacted. Disgusted, we left without ordering dessert. How is it that you allow drunk people into your establishment? You're taking a huge risk...it's a real shame!
