Smiling staff always attentive to customers: that’s a pleasure. However, we would have liked on the day of our departure to be asked our level of satisfaction but NOTHING apart from a polite goodbye, I do not disagree.

Warm welcome, very correct and pleasant service. I just had dinner there but I didn't stay at this place.

We were there as restaurant guests. I can therefore only rate the restaurant and not the hotel as a whole. After a nice greeting and the question about an aperitif, the menu is handed out in German. We chose the 3-course Lerchenbuehl menu with foie gras as a starter, a wonderfully tender beef fillet for the main course and a peach dish for dessert. The kitchen really did a great job, everything tasted very good! Unfortunately sherry couldn't be served with dessert, but that only marred the experience very minimally. Price-performance was very good. I can highly recommend this high quality restaurant!

What a joy to wake up with a view of the Ramstein. Hotel in the vineyards in the heart of the wine route. Comfortable clean, brand new bathroom and jacuzzi in the vineyards.

First time in this hostel and we are won over. Nice room, comfortable bed. Caring and smiling staff. We had the evening meal, we left with apprehension and in the end it was just a delight. Lunch is also nice and varied. I recommend this hostel without hesitation

Un accueil chaleureux, du personnel charmant, et des mets délicats cuisinés avec amour par le Chef et son père, des bons accords met-vin conseillés avec discernement dans une carte raffinée par l'épouse du chef que demander de mieux? Et une partie hôtel sans reproche. Un séjour du 8 au 14 mai 2024 qui nous laisse un excellent souvenir, et ensoleillé qui plus est. Allez-y sans appréhension, vous ne serez pas déçu!

Excellente table avec des produits de qualité et une équipe de salle accueillante & pro. Pour les professionnels, la soirée "étape" est une adresse à retenir avec le spa. Je recommande ! Bertrand d’Avignon
