Wonderful accommodation in an idyllic village. The hotel offers rooms with individually decorated rooms and free parking in the courtyard. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Nice stay for business trip. Easy to find, some difficult to see the parkings' entry. Room quiet, clean, new and in a good state. Good bed. Staff available. This assessment has been refused by Google

Beautiful hotel in the city center, indoor parking (very rare), large attic room, beautiful outdoor swimming pool with deckchairs that we used. Decent breakfast. Very pleasant welcome. We will come back with pleasure

Beautiful location and exterior (nice swimming pool) But non-functional toilet flush in the room and breakfast a little disappointing compared to the price.

A bit dated building. The rooms are very well soundproofed, very clean and with excellent bedding. Breakfast could be more generous in its offering. Friendly and professional staff.

What a gem of a hotel! Inclusive parking and a swimming pool thrown in! We were given a warm welcome by the team, who went out of their way to ensure our comfort, including Google translating and printing information for our needs. The rooms we were given were clean, spacious and comfortable with a period building. The hotel is centrally located on the edge of a square within Beaugency, a beautiful little medieval town on the Loire and a great base to explore the region.

Le Grand Hotel de L'Abbaye

27/09/2024: A beautiful historic building and it's great that it is being well looked after and maintained. We had a very spacious and well appointed toom reached by the large staircase. The staff were all very helpful and friendly and made us feel very welcome. This was our third stay at the hotel and the Rotisserie was available this time and it was excellent.
25/09/2024: We expected more from the comfort of the room. A little expensive for what we got. Needs a good refresh. On the other hand, the meal was delicious.
