19/01/2025: A clear improvement in hygiene. More choice in vegetables. The price is a little too high.

18/01/2025: The staff is particularly friendly and attentive. I called around 6:30 p.m. to ask if it was necessary to reserve a table for 8 people, I was told that the restaurant did not take reservations but that there should be no problem When we arrived there had a lot of people and we were pleasantly surprised to find that the person I spoke to on the phone had arranged for us to have a table anyway. We had a problem cooking the salmon which we reported to the kitchen, and they were very kindly recooked for us (with apologies and a smile) In short, it is a restaurant where the staff, in addition to being friendly, are responsive and professional when you encounter and politely report an inconvenience (which can happen!).
