- Perfect location - Very friendly welcome - Very poor soundproofing of rooms. We can hear the people in the next room simply chatting among themselves or watching TV. - Average cleanliness (floor) of rooms

Great ! A very pleasant welcome, by a charming and attentive young girl. I was even able to visit a room the day before my reservation, to get an idea. Very quiet location with a view of the ocean from the small balcony. Very very good stay, I highly recommend this establishment!

Biarritz is wonderful. Rarely have we had a room with a more beautiful view, the Atlantic and the nicest place in Biarritz below us. The room is functional and clean, unfortunately a bit noisy, but it didn't bother us. The only flaw is the parking. It is not possible to drive directly to the hotel, the public parking garage is difficult to find, even Google was confused because of the many traffic-calmed streets.

Passing through Biarritz, we were there only one night. No parking, but public parking is definitely nearby. Hotel very well located. We were able to enjoy beautiful walks from the hotel.

So sweet and comfortable hotel. Good room, beautiful view, and so nice and lovely staffs. There were some issues on Agoda and the hotel didn’t receive our booking. But the staffs kindly tried helping us and take care of us to stay as comfortable as possible. I’ll definitely book the hotel again next time I visit Biarritz.

05/10/2024: Nous venons chaque année passer quelques jours dans la région. Et nous venons toujours une journée sur Biarritz. Nous avons fait pas mal de restaurants. Nous n’avions jamais mangé dans celui ci et nos pas nous ont portés là. Accueil parfait. Nous n’avions pas réservé et on nous a proposé de prendre un verre au bar en attendant qu’une table se libère. Parfaitement installés avec nos petites chiennes, nous avons passé un agréable moment et avons très bien mangé. Les plats étaient délicieux. Le seul bémol mais qui n’est pas du fait du restaurant : il y a des travaux à côté et un énorme camion était stationné devant le restaurant, nous masquant la magnifique vue sur l’océan.

06/09/2024: Biarritz is a nice city. A bit of glory lost. Hotel Jules Verne is neat, affordable and with friendly staff.
03/09/2024: Night from 01/09/24- 02/09/24 Super charming hotel, clean, new team attentive to their customers. You have a super pleasant outdoor swimming pool. Very useful underground parking (payable). You can go there with your eyes closed without any hesitation
