Hello, We stayed with you this weekend, but unfortunately we didn't get the room with a balcony we requested. A major drawback was the restaurant being full with people who weren't even staying at the hotel. Otherwise, it was a great hotel.

Beautiful room, large TV, lovely pool with a pleasant water temperature. Varied and good breakfast. Friendly and professional staff.

We stayed at the Hotel Diana in Molsheim for one night, hoping to enjoy some quality family time with our children and escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The hotel exceeded our expectations! The relaxation area, even with other young children present, was designed to offer a truly relaxing experience. We were also able to play board games together in a common area suitable for all ages. Breakfast was plentiful and varied, with high-quality products. We were able to secure our bicycles in the garage, the staff was very welcoming, and fresh water was readily available throughout the hotel. Furthermore, the hotel is ideally located next to the river and just a short walk from the town center. Thanks to this hotel, we had a truly memorable family stay.

We discovered the Hotel Diana thanks to a gift certificate from family. What a wonderful discovery! We stayed for two nights on a half-board basis for a short break for two. The staff gave us a superb welcome, with many thoughtful touches and an upgrade to a superior room with a huge terrace overlooking the garden and a small stream. The meals in the restaurant were excellent (a special mention to Jean Noel, Florent, and Romain in the dining room for their kindness and professionalism). The spa area is lovely, and the pool is perfectly heated. We truly have nothing to complain about; thanks to you, we enjoyed our own little bubble of well-being. We will, of course, return with the greatest pleasure. Well done to the whole team!

A lovely spa experience on the morning of our departure, with an extra hour to check out at 12 pm instead of 11 am. Very convenient for making the most of our time... the service is excellent and the staff is very welcoming. I highly recommend this place for a relaxing getaway as a couple or family. The warm pool, hammam, and sauna (the outdoor jacuzzi is unavailable in winter, we'll be back in the warmer months) guarantee a wonderful moment of relaxation.

As a couple, we chose this hotel for three nights because of its wellness area and the half-board option. We had an excellent stay: very professional and attentive staff, a very good breakfast, and excellent food. The wellness area was very pleasant. Our "superior" room was comfortable and well-equipped; the only slight drawback was the somewhat dated paintwork. We will definitely return.

This was our third visit, and it's always a delightful stay. The welcome was very warm, and the terrace suite with its personalized note and small gift was always a lovely touch. The wellness area was fantastic (though a little less so when some parents don't explain to their children that it's not a public swimming pool and that it's a place for quiet relaxation). The signature massage was a truly relaxing experience; I highly recommend it. The restaurant staff were absolutely wonderful, and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal! And finally, the breakfast was truly delicious and varied, featuring excellent local products! PS: We still don't know where your kugelhopf comes from! 😋😀 Thank you to your entire team! The staff are all exceptionally pleasant. The spa is fantastic, and the garden does everything to ensure a relaxing stay. We had a minor issue with our room, which was resolved immediately. We were upgraded to a suite with a terrace—a very kind gesture, including a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine.
