Superb hotel, very professional and friendly staff. I recommend!

We came with staycation. We came about ten years ago and therefore knew this hotel but we enjoyed staying there this time for 2 nights. A word of advice: also book on Sunday evening, you will have the spa all to yourself or in a very, very small group. Welcoming and pleasant staff whether at breakfast, in the restaurant, at the reception, or on the floors. Very complete breakfast and correct times. The massages were divine. A real parenthesis. Thank you again and we will come back with great pleasure Small suggestion: repaint the toilets in light colors

Friendly hotel well located in the center of Molsheim offering free parking, which is very nice. One might fear that this hotel would be "cold" with its 4 stars and its number of rooms. But that's not the case. The staff is very kind, polite and attentive. As for the rooms, they are clean, well equipped (we had an apartment room) and the bedding is great! Small downside: the lighting is quite limited, close to too little. Last point, the wifi is super efficient. This must be clarified because it is quite rare in hotels. Finally, we had to shorten our stay for health reasons and the next day, we received an email telling us that we would be reimbursed for one night and accommodation costs. What was done. We hadn't asked for anything but this spontaneous commercial gesture lifted our hearts. Thanks to the whole team! We will definitely come back. Best wishes. Gillain-Huchon.
