Superb hotel, very conveniently located next to the motorway. The bedding was like something out of a fairy tale. The breakfast was a feast with a huge selection. Unfortunately, there was no toothpaste available.

During a reconnaissance trip for a historic car rally, we stayed for 4 nights and 3 days... meals included... Absolutely excellent...

The room was very comfortable and well soundproofed. The staff were very pleasant. The meal was excellent and plentiful. Nothing to complain about, only good things to say.

I stay at this hotel whenever I'm in Clermont, and it's always a pleasure. The setting is magnificent, the atmosphere is relaxing, the staff is welcoming and friendly, the food is consistently good and varied, and the rooms are spacious and clean. In short, a real treat that I highly recommend.

Hotel with a great location and a view of the Puy de Dôme. Friendly staff. It's a shame the restaurant is closed on weekends... I recommend it.

We stayed one night at this magnificent Best Western hotel and will most likely return. The breakfast is wonderful. The hotel's welcome and services were outstanding. They responded very quickly to an electrical problem in our room, which we resolved together. I highly recommend it.

Excellent value for money. The staff is very pleasant, the rooms are comfortable, and the breakfast is very efficient, including both sweet and savory local specialties. A very pleasant establishment for a quick or longer stay in Clermont-Ferrand. Its proximity (less than a 15-minute walk) to the Zénith d’Auvergne makes this hotel a great spot for those attending a concert and needing accommodation. A nice bonus: three EV charging stations, activated with a card available at reception; charging is charged (at a reasonable price) at the end of your stay.

The room was clean and in good condition. The staff was very helpful. The restaurant is highly recommended! The dining room is beautiful and the dishes are homemade, a mix of local and fresh produce. I recommend the local vermouth and the IGP red wine.
