Nous y revenons régulièrement, c'est une valeur sûre, bonne, toujours sympathique. Le patron, Edoardo, est très accueillant quand il n'aide pas en cuisine ! Le personnel est très correct et, quand il y a des stagiaires, il ne faut pas hésiter à les interpeler afin de les aider à se perfectionner avec ce dur métier. Les pizzas sont très bonnes, les pâtes toujours "al dente". Plus de Bardolino en cave ? Et bien, grâce au Chef, nous avons découvert un rosé de Sicile très acceptable. Quand on est pressé, on demande toujours ce qui va le plus vite ; et quand on a le temps on prend ce qu'on veut, comme dans la plupart des restos que nous fréquentons sur Dole, Dijon, Arbois, Beaune. Le rapport qualité/prix est tout à fait honorable. Alors ... À bientôt !

On a business trip to Dole I had lunch there this afternoon, pleasantly surprised by the quality of the dishes, I just had to wait a bit for the hot dish, I think there was a little problem with understanding but nothing serious.

15/09/2024: We ordered 2 pizzas at 10:10 p.m. when it closed at 10:30 p.m., and there was no problem, they were ready in 10 minutes! Furthermore, we arrived after a big service (a quick aside to thank the chef!) And thank you for your welcome! Very smiling despite the hour! At the top and above all the pizzas were very good!

07/09/2024: From the start, when you have lunch in this type of restaurant outdoors and by the water, it is common that you pay more for the setting than the cuisine, but it is also the choice that the we do rather than eat a pizza for 14 euros in a closed room. For my part, I just took a Comtoise terrine for 14 euros. Well presented but a little disappointed with the taste. A little too seasoned, especially with pepper. and in the end we do not perceive the taste of the Comté which, as the title indicates, should be predominant A shepherd's salad with warm goat's cheese for my wife at 18 euros. Very generous salad with goat's cheese. elsewhere excellent Just a small criticism, the croutons should be pan-fried, preferably with olive oil and not just put in the oven and if they were, it doesn't show. Good experience despite everything and a very good waitress. friendly and polite.
