A huge thank you for everything... from the welcome to dessert, everything was truly excellent. This small restaurant has all the qualities of a great one. It's clean, the welcome is professional and incredibly warm, the waiter (the chef's father, if I'm not mistaken) is exceptionally kind and very discreet, yet attentive to the customers' needs. And the food is a real treat! ❤️ Everything was perfect, from the quality to the quantity. The work was masterful and meticulous, resulting in a truly memorable experience. You gave us a wonderful time. Thank you to the chef, thank you to the team, you are truly the best of the best. We will return with immense pleasure. Thank you again for everything! 🙏

19/04/2026: We had the pleasure of returning to the St-Marc restaurant, and the experience was just as exceptional as our first visit… perhaps even better! Once again, we enjoyed a delicious meal of fresh, high-quality ingredients. The carefully prepared cuisine, enhanced by cooking over a wood fire, offers unique flavors that we particularly appreciated. A big thank you to Chef Alexandre and his entire team for their warm welcome and professionalism, which made the experience even more enjoyable. This is a place that is truly worth a visit. We wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone passing through Aups.
