We had dinner at this restaurant on May 26th and we thoroughly enjoyed it! The dishes were cooked to perfection, and the service was excellent! Be aware, the portions are very generous (much to our delight).

A full weekend at the hotel and restaurant. The room was spotless, the bedding very comfortable, and the view of the church magnificent. The terrace was peaceful. The breakfast was very generous and delicious. You can really tell it's homemade. Lunch and dinner were excellent: foie gras, burrata, veal chop, and fish. Everything was cooked to perfection, with an exceptional flavor thanks to the wood-fired cooking. From appetizer to dessert, everything was excellent, and the service was professional, attentive, and friendly. I absolutely loved the restaurant and the hotel. Thank you for this wonderful stay.

A revelation! I recently had the pleasure of lunching at Saint-Marc and I wasn't expecting this level of quality. Their commitment to cooking over a wood fire is so masterful that you rediscover ingredients through their perfect cooking, in recipes that are balanced and generous in both flavor and quantity. Special mention goes to the sea bass cooked in its chard leaf, which truly transported me with its perfect balance, a smoky note that was present without being overpowering, and a play on fresh and tangy notes that took the palate by surprise: a real taste sensation for me! I must also mention the exceptional wine cellar, and we enjoyed an Alsatian white wine with the chocolate dessert, which my taste buds still remember with delight. Finally, the staff is incredibly kind, approachable, and generous, just like the dishes you'll enjoy. A flawless experience for a truly memorable lunch!

We had the pleasure of returning to the St-Marc restaurant, and the experience was just as exceptional as our first visit… perhaps even better! Once again, we enjoyed a delicious meal of fresh, high-quality ingredients. The carefully prepared cuisine, enhanced by cooking over a wood fire, offers unique flavors that we particularly appreciated. A big thank you to Chef Alexandre and his entire team for their warm welcome and professionalism, which made the experience even more enjoyable. This is a place that is truly worth a visit. We wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone passing through Aups.
