Having dined at many fine restaurants in the area, and now retired, I can say this was truly exquisite. The sauces were perfectly digestible, the service discreet yet efficient. Congratulations to the chef! Everything is homemade, including the choux pastry. My only slight criticism is the storefront; it doesn't even have a restaurant logo, and you have to search for a parking space. But that's not important; the main thing is the tasting experience. Some restaurants, even along the Loiret River, should take note and stop relying on frozen food deliveries. Keep up the good work, Chef, don't change a thing! See you soon!

Very good restaurant, refined and very good value for money.

This restaurant is tiny, located on a street where parking is difficult. The atmosphere isn't very warm, but we ate very well; the dishes were refined and well-prepared, at a very reasonable price. We'll definitely go back.

We had a wonderful evening in this very friendly little place. The dishes are extremely delicate and delicious. I had the €33 menu with a butternut squash and foie gras velouté. It was a pure delight!! The guinea fowl supreme was also wonderful and the profiteroles were wonderful!! I think the price is very reasonable! Everything is homemade! Congratulations to the chef!!! And the impeccable service! Not forgetting the special house cocktail that I loved! Everything is perfect! We will be back very soon!!

Good restaurant. The place is difficult to find, and the parking spaces are just as difficult. From the moment you enter, you feel like you're entering a house and not a restaurant. The room, which is not very large, feels stifling. The reviews drew me to this place, which is surprising. Several menus are available: 39, 49, and 59. The menu is tempting. So-called quality products are offered in almost every dish. Foie gras, scallops, sweetbreads, etc. Appetizing. The diversity of the dishes makes me wonder. How does the chef manage to come up with so many different dishes? He must not be alone because the dishes are carefully presented. The €39 menu was enough for me; we went for a scallop and quail medley. Very good. The butternut and foie gras velouté was just as good. The rest was more disappointing. The sea bass, generous but overcooked for my taste, wasn't hot enough. For my wife, it's guinea fowl supreme in sauce. We start eating, and halfway through the course, the side dish arrives. It's a shame about the delay; I'd almost finished my fish since it was barely warm. As for the gravy, there's a big problem. It was marked guinea fowl supreme, and we were allowed a thigh. The neighboring table did too. It's a shame, given the quality of the dishes, that the name was incorrect. I then had a salad and goat cheese bouchon, which was rather disappointing in quantity, although good. However, my wife had the cheese platter, and it was fantastic. Huge selection. I missed my salad. Finally, dessert... The French toast is dry, not soaked enough, so not caramelized. And the gourmet platter of petits fours is good. In the end, I'm left wanting more. Mixed feelings. The chef has talent that could earn me a 5-star rating. However, not everything in the cuisine is up to scratch. The bread... White bread to accompany quality dishes is a bit of a win. The same goes for the appetizer croutons. They're low-end bread croutons. This restaurant borders on fine dining in some respects, and on others on a counter restaurant. The service was quite slow, a two-hour meal. Which allowed me to eat the bread while I waited for the next course. The menu has just changed; I'll come back for a second opinion when the next one is on the menu. This shows that there's potential in this restaurant.
