02/01/2026: This restaurant impressed us with its exquisite dishes. The cuisine was simply divine, and the dishes were an explosion of flavors. The staff was attentive, friendly, and very professional. They made our New Year's Eve dinner a truly memorable occasion. Thank you all!

02/01/2026: We discovered the Auberge by chance and, thanks to a cancellation from other guests, got the last table for New Year's Day. The food and service were sensational! Such value for money is rare. I wish it weren't four hours away from us. Highly recommended! Book three weeks in advance.
