But the most impressive aspect is the cuisine: incredibly original dishes, veritable works of art that delight the eye even before the first bite. Each dish is beautifully presented and demonstrates remarkable creativity and expertise. Aurore welcomes us with great kindness and professionalism. As for Vincent, he always offers excellent advice on wine selection, with a perfect understanding of food and wine pairings. Together, they make a wonderful team in the dining room. Their passion for their craft is contagious, and they know how to share their love of exceptional cuisine. Once the visuals are satisfied, it's time for the pleasure of the palate: surprising, refined, and perfectly executed flavors. Each bite is a discovery, combining originality, finesse, and balance.
