Not bad overall, but the cuttlefish main course was nothing special. The way the cuttlefish was cooked, making it very tender, was interesting, but the cuttlefish itself was practically flavorless and completely overpowered by the sauce. I would also have expected more creativity in the main course. The puttanesca sauce, while good, is something I can make on a weeknight. The panettone was good but average. At the price they sell for a whole panettone, I've had much moister ones with more pronounced buttery flavors.

This was our second time dining at Le Bœuf d'Argent, and it was a wonderful experience each time! The service was impeccable, friendly, and discreet. The cuisine was original, beautiful, and delicious; we'll definitely be back when we're in Lyon. The chef chatted with us for a long time, which was lovely!

The meat is simply the best I have ever tasted, with a special mention for the beef en croûte, a true marvel. The atmosphere is calm, sophisticated, and very pleasant, perfect for fully enjoying the moment. The service is impeccable: a professional, attentive, and incredibly kind team. We had the pleasure of meeting the chef at the end of our meal, a passionate and extremely warm person, which made the experience even more memorable. I recommend it without hesitation. A must-visit.
