Restaurant du Boucher sur Salernes

J'ai récemment visité L'Étoile du Sud à Salernes pour un repas et je dois dire que l'expérience a été absolument fantastique. Le couscous était divin, parfaitement épicé et savoureux, accompagné d'un thé marocain authentique et d'une sélection exquise de gâteaux orientaux. L'ambiance du restaurant était chaleureuse et accueillante, et le service était impeccable. Je recommande vivement ce restaurant à tous ceux qui recherchent une expérience culinaire marocaine authentique. Un vrai régal pour les papilles !

Most : Professional and friendly welcome Original decor, Berber style tent Relaxed musical atmosphere Hearty couscous and brilliant cooking Lunch menu at €15, wine, dessert, coffee included Cleanliness The lessers Book in advance for the weekend especially and be a little patient Red paper tablecloths on pretty embroidered tablecloths Metal chairs on the covered terrace The belt must be loosened at the end of the meal (0; Overall: a real Moroccan restaurant that lives up to expectations. I enjoyed it and returned in September 2023. It’s still delicious and nice.

The place is magnificent, nothing to say, however if you want to eat at 8 p.m. come at 6:30 p.m. 1h30 wait to be served, ordered 4 couscous and received a small dish to share so had to ask for more luckily she didn't charge for it. The salads are not very good, the couscous is ok but the lamb tagine is excellent, the homemade bread tastes like baker's yeast. It's rather expensive so good for 1 evening but I won't go back.

Great setting under the tent, however the service was very long (more than 1 hour before being served..) the menu is advantageous and well served I recommend it. unfortunately I was sick so I don't know if I was intolerant to something or if it lacked freshness but I was sick all night!
