The food was delicious, especially the beef with garlic sauce, and the fries were very good. The clafoutis was very good, as was the pear Belle Hélène, although the pears were canned. They were a bit grainy and had too much pear juice. The homemade whipped cream was excellent! The service was very slow, but it was a public holiday.

Comme dans un film de Martin Scorsese mais avec un budget plus limité. N'hésitez pas à venir passer quelques jours à la Faute ou alentour : les campeurs locaux ressemblent d'assez loin à Robert De Niro, Joey Pesci, Sharon Stone, James Wood. Je me suis toujours demandé si il y avait des cadavres enterrés dnas le desert entre l'Aiguillon et Grues. Une autre définition de la Vendée(ta).

23/09/2025: We will keep a good memory. The staff is very friendly, smiling, attentive. The boss is great, simple, cool regarding the hotel, having slept there, clean room, good bedding, quiet. Restaurant menus at €19.90, excellent, very generous, I highly recommend, very good welcome, 20 out of 20, I will come back
19/09/2025: We came years ago and had very fond memories of it. It's still the case today: the quality of the food, the taste, the service, everything is there. I recommend it. It's pure bliss.
