Very beautiful restaurant with a magnificent setting, the staff are very welcoming and it's a pleasure to eat there! The dishes are very good and it is best to book if you don't want to wait too long to eat there! The restaurant is very beautiful in terms of decoration, I recommend!

Cosy restaurant in the castle. Service is friendly and efficient. The quality of the food depends on the dish. Tart flambee is excellent! The steak was good, the hamburger was average. Good place for a romantic dinner.

A beautiful place to eat tarte flambée after a short walk. We ordered five different tarte flambées to try them all. Thank you for the great and fast service.

18/08/2024: We booked for 7 people including a child on a Friday lunchtime. As for the meal, the value for money and quantity was excellent. However, don't expect to be served quickly, for a reservation at 12:30 we came out at 3:45 p.m. We went back there 3 times just to get water and bread. In addition, we had to request the children's menu to receive all our dishes after more than 45 minutes. A remark about the wait was made to one of the waitresses, but no reaction or response from her, bordering on unpleasant. Finally, the ponpon on the Garonne, there were omissions on the desserts.

Zum Staeffele

03/10/2024: Waren von Freunden zum Nachtessen eingeladen, eine perfekt Überraschung, was die Qualität von Service und Küche angeht. Hatten 2 Menue zur Auswahl, aus 4 Gängen die wir ausgelesen haben, wurden dann 7. Wir kommen wieder.
15/09/2024: Deuxième passage cette année dans cet établissement pour mon anniversaire et toujours le même émerveillement. Je pense sincèrement que le Chef est au sommet de son art. On ressent dans cet restaurant quelque chose de spécial: tout ce qui sort de la cuisine est manifestement fait pour faire plaisir au client. Pour preuve les mises en bouche et innombrables entremets travaillés avec recherche et générosité. En ce moment, il y a à la carte un Foie Gras divin. J'espère qu'il y restera pour la saison hivernale. Le service est discret, les vins tarifés avec raison et le rapport qualité/prix exceptionnel. Mériterait amplement 1 étoile Michelin.
