Excellent food, atmosphere and service. Also stayed overnight in the absolutely fantastic rooms.

Decent menu; satisfactory cuisine, nothing "disappointing". On the other hand, you should not look for extravagance on the plate. During the morel season, these could have had their place next to a piece of veal for example; or some edible wild herbs that grow "Up there"... The dessert cart is varied and offers enough choice. On the sugar side, however, it's way too heavy. If you're looking for a little extra, stop at Le Clos, located below.

We had a great time in the raclette cabin. The setting is majestic. The raclette as well as the desserts were very good. However, I am very disappointed with the service. When I made my reservation over the phone, the person I spoke to had already been really unpleasant and condescending towards my questions. Today, after the meal, the boss raised his voice and spoke in a really aggressive manner to my companion who simply wanted to go to the toilet. I totally understand that the toilets are no longer necessarily accessible at 4 p.m. but the way he responded to my companion shocked me. Respect seems essential to me in customer relations. It seems to me that a course on emotion management could be beneficial to your team. I don't think I would recommend this place as the interactions with the staff are important and very much part of the experience. Update: The boss called me to apologize and make sure he took my comments into account. I am very touched by the gesture. The error is human. I appreciate the questioning.

A drop in the quality of the food, with a lot of assembly. The place remains very good.
