A restaurant in a very beautiful environment, very pleasant and friendly service and excellent cuisine. The flavors are there. To return without hesitation.

We were regulars before the change of management, we returned recently. Unfortunately the menu is not up to par with the prices, it no longer has much in common with the Basque specialties that have made the establishment's reputation. The products are of quality but poorly implemented, e.g. very cooked red meat, the soup called fish soup is in reality between broth and velouté so the title is wrong, very succinct menu and is frankly not up to par. height (I was a sous chef and had the opportunity to work in popular restaurants in the past, hence my comments) The 3 stars are above all for the service, very pleasant, and for the commercial gesture of the management given the cooking errors etc... and the quality of the meal

Très bon repas avec de très bons produits ! Bon gâteau 🍰 d’anniversaire ! Il manquait le digestif du patron ! Offerts aux autres tables sauf la nôtre ! Bon nous étions 6 mais seulement 3 l’attendaient ! Pourtant le principal intéressé est du pays!! Et vous avez choisi ! 🤷🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️a l’arrivée du gâteau avec les bougies ils auraient pu vérifier que tout le monde était à table !

01/01/2024: Excellent as usual! Another perfect New Year’s Eve thanks to Beñat, Sandrine and their team! But shhhhh 🤫Don't spread the word too much... otherwise I risk losing my place 😉 See you next year to party! And of course before to treat ourselves with the Chef's cuisine.

20/03/2024: Excellent, homemade food! Heartwarming welcome. We recommend it!
08/03/2024: I haven't been there recently, but the owners were great. The meals were very good, humm the vine omelette and other dishes from the region. I really want to go back and see this beautiful Basque country. The owners are still there and what we see on their site and all the arrangements made make me want to stop there.
