The food is refined, not too heavy, and very original! My parents and I loved our meal from start to finish, and the waiter was very pleasant: he explained the origin of the ingredients and the different dishes. Of course, this restaurant offers a menu based on seasonal produce! I highly recommend it :)

Restaurant we visit often, the best fresh local excellent food prepared with professional mastery finesse. Never disappointed, always pleasantly surprised. Menu changes according to the fresh seasonal ingredients. Very good local wine and cocktails. Gourmet food, enjoy any time. Terrace outdoor with beautiful views of the mountains and the church, in the summer jazz Friday evening is a double pleasure. Wonderful vibes, very kind staff and owners. We were spending a weekend in the Basque Country and only had one night at Sylvie and Éric's hotel. We highly recommend this place; we have absolutely no complaints. The welcome was excellent, and the room was very clean and spacious. We loved the food and were surprised by the quality and quantity of the breakfast. So don't hesitate to book! Everything is more than perfect!

We stayed at this hotel from February 26th to 28th. The welcome was very warm yet discreet. The local cuisine was excellent and refined, and the setting was lovely. We will cherish very fond memories of this beautiful place. We highly recommend it.

An excellent boutique hotel located in a traditional Basque house with a superb view. The rooms are comfortable, well-decorated, and quiet. The breakfasts are very good. We also dined at the restaurant two evenings; the dishes were delicious and beautifully presented. It's well worth a visit. The staff is very friendly and will give you great advice for exploring the region. I highly recommend it.

Sylvie and Hervé's welcome and cuisine are truly worth the trip. The location too. Everything is so excellent that we hesitate to spread the word too much for fear of "spoiling" the place, as our young people say.

11/05/2026: We had a wonderful stay with Anne-Marie and her family. A very warm welcome and excellent (and generous) meals and breakfast. This family-run establishment is very pleasant and ideal for exploring the Basque Country.
