I love this place! A true haven of nature, perfect for stopping and disconnecting. The inn is surrounded by fir trees, and the hiking trails are right next door… it's truly the perfect spot for a break. The food is excellent, with cuisine that perfectly embodies the spirit of an inn: generous, simple, and well-prepared. You can tell the ingredients are high-quality, and a big plus is the wide variety of vegetarian options, which is quite rare! Can't wait to come back and try the autumn menu ☺️

Good experience, but... The welcome and service were excellent: the staff were truly pleasant, smiling, helpful, and genuinely attentive. The continuous service, even on Sundays after 2 pm, was also very much appreciated. However, I was a little disappointed with the food! The warm goat cheese salad could have used more salad and smaller pieces of bread. The duck breast with blueberries seemed to have been reheated, and some pieces weren't tender enough. The gratin dauphinois was overcooked and dried out, also giving the impression of having been reheated. The dish also lacked seasoning. As for the dessert, why call it "crème brûlée renversée" when it's essentially crème caramel? Around €100 for two with wine, which is reasonable. It's a shame about these few disappointments with the food, because the welcome and service were truly excellent. Thank you for the meal!

Nice place. Good food (excellent meat) but the menu might be too ambitious in terms of the number of dishes and set menus. Service and organization are a bit disorganized; the pace and synchronization of aperitif-main course-wine service needs improvement.

Thank you to the staff for serving us drinks (soda, coffee) during a short break after the Oeillon. We'll have lunch there next time on our way back down 😋
