A lovely place to eat after a walk in the surrounding woods. We enjoyed a very good meal, both in terms of quality and quantity, and the service was attentive. The only downsides were the noise from the motorcycles on the road (unfortunately, the inn can't do anything about it) and the famous "rösti," which were rather disappointing (a bit dense and greasy compared to Swiss rösti, for example).

We enjoyed our meal, although the service was a little slow. The food was very good, and we would definitely go back. Highly recommended.

Wow! A real treat! Top-notch quality and quantity! ☺️ The location is splendid, both inside and out! The service was warm and perfect! The only downside: fellow bikers, there's a problem with jacket shrinkage after eating! 🙃 To be a little more specific: - For aperitifs, a wide selection of beers (3 local craft breweries + 1 industrial brewery), whiskeys, and classic drinks 😀 - As for the menu, there's something for everyone: vegetarian options, trout, meat lovers... excellent and generously portioned cheeses, and desserts as substantial as the starters and main courses! All made with good, well-prepared ingredients! The €29 set menu is more than reasonable; you won't want to leave your seat! - The setting, the Pilat Regional Natural Park, the most beautiful region in the world—what more could you ask for! You might think I'm exaggerating! Not at all, go for it with your eyes closed (not too closed because it's beautiful!) and your taste buds wide open, we'll talk about it again!

Great value for money! It has everything you'd expect from an inn, including traditional cuisine! Plus, the attentive service was excellent.

Great restaurant, the food is good, perfect for families. Delicious homemade hamburgers and everything else too! A very quiet place run by a wonderful, friendly young team... worth discovering.

A super friendly team, excellent service, an impeccable room, and great value for money. A warm welcome awaits you upon arrival. They accepted our small dog at 9:30 pm without a reservation for dinner and overnight stay. A beautiful setting in the Pilat region. Highly recommended.

I love this place! A true haven of nature, perfect for stopping and disconnecting. The inn is surrounded by fir trees, and the hiking trails are right next door… it's truly the perfect spot for a break. The food is excellent, with cuisine that perfectly embodies the spirit of an inn: generous, simple, and well-prepared. You can tell the ingredients are high-quality, and a big plus is the wide variety of vegetarian options, which is quite rare! Can't wait to come back and try the autumn menu ☺️

Good experience, but... The welcome and service were excellent: the staff were truly pleasant, smiling, helpful, and genuinely attentive. The continuous service, even on Sundays after 2 pm, was also very much appreciated. However, I was a little disappointed with the food! The warm goat cheese salad could have used more salad and smaller pieces of bread. The duck breast with blueberries seemed to have been reheated, and some pieces weren't tender enough. The gratin dauphinois was overcooked and dried out, also giving the impression of having been reheated. The dish also lacked seasoning. As for the dessert, why call it "crème brûlée renversée" when it's essentially crème caramel? Around €100 for two with wine, which is reasonable. It's a shame about these few disappointments with the food, because the welcome and service were truly excellent. Thank you for the meal!
