We had a wonderful holiday at Hotel Neige et Roc. Hostess Françoise and host Olivier are wonderful people and want to make sure you have everything you need. The rooms, pool, sauna, and jacuzzi are all perfect, and the atmosphere is very welcoming. Breakfast and dinner were also perfectly prepared. We'd love to come back!

A mountain hotel with unique and welcoming decor. Comfortable rooms (except for the mattress and pillow) with a nice terrace. Breakfast is quite comprehensive, although the lack of real orange juice is a drawback. The pool is smaller than it appears in photos, and the rather cold water isn't inviting. It's not directly on the slopes, but there's a free shuttle bus right outside that takes you to the resort, and it's a 5-minute walk to the village center. Overall, it's quite good, though closer to a 3-star than a 4-star. The staff is very friendly at all times.

The overall service is truly top-notch, easily befitting its star rating. Added to this is a very friendly atmosphere; all the staff—and the owners—are attentive, warm, and imbued with a deep sense of hospitality (like in the old days). This is such a rare, even almost nonexistent, combination in hotels of this category, but so pleasant and appreciated, truly contributing to a wonderful multi-day stay. Claude Ardisson

we ate here on our recent Skiing trip, we have been coming to Samoens most years since 2015, always overlooked this hotel & restaurant, (huge mistake) food was delicious, service excellent & very reasonably priced. will definitely eat here again, and would stay, beautiful hotel.

A perfect stay for our annual ski trip with friends. We felt very welcome in this hotel, decorated in typical Savoy style with a very cozy bar—not unimportant for us :). We love authenticity, and you have plenty of that here. The restaurant was also consistently surprisingly delicious and well-presented. But most importantly, the owners genuinely care about their guests. We are truly grateful and would love to return!

A warm and welcoming family-run hotel, managed by a couple who take exceptional care of their guests. Cozy decor, high-quality meals prepared with fresh, local ingredients. A fine wine list. The entire establishment is impeccably clean. The shuttle bus that stops right in front of the hotel takes you to the Grand Massif gondola lift in just a few minutes. An address we wholeheartedly recommend!

A warm, friendly and family-run hotel. From the welcome and attentiveness of the staff and owners, to the quality of the rooms and bedding, cleanliness, the quality of the breakfast and dinner (half-board), the very pleasant spa, and the location in relation to the village and the ski slopes (shuttle every 15 minutes in front of the hotel and 5 minutes from the GrandMassif Express gondola): in short: Perfect!

A hotel very close to the center of Samoëns, with a personal touch, around forty rooms, tastefully decorated in an intimate, typical mountain style. Everything is designed to make you feel comfortable: the lounge with its fireplace, the bar, and the restaurant with its carefully curated menu. We opted for half-board, a real pleasure to be able to stay on-site and enjoy excellent food with a great wine list and digestifs. Breakfast was a delight, with a magnificent cheese platter, local charcuterie, and the option to cook your own egg to your liking. The cakes and yogurts seemed homemade. The staff is attentive, friendly, and always available. The spa is fantastic, very clean. The only slight drawback is that we booked massages, and the treatment room could be better soundproofed as it's next to the pool area. However, the masseuse was excellent! And the price was reasonable. Thank you for the thoughtful touch for my cousin's birthday. I highly recommend it and I definitely plan to return! 🙂
