Restaurant du Hotel Neige Et Roc sur Samoens

Vraiment un très bon restaurant avec un menu enfant de super qualité à 15€, avec un l’accueil au top ! Nous recommandons !

Over the last few years my wife and I have been in Samoens a number of times, both in winter and summer. This has provided many opportunities to visit restaurants. Following having enjoyed a number of evening dinners at Neige et Roc Restaurant, which is located within the hotel, I am delighted to be able to write a review stating that at no time have us, nor anyone accompanying us, had less than excellent experiences. The restaurant itself is a delightful environment within which to enjoy superb dining. (I have avoided using the term 'fine dining' as this tends to define a place which is both pretentious and over priced.) Here we have been presented with charming front of house staff who are both professional yet friendly without being intrusive, and truly superb food. This is particularly evident as most eateries in the village lean towards the local tasty dishes, which involve bread and cheese in all possible combinations. Whilst sumptuous Savoyard dishes are included into the menu from time to time, the greater proportion of offerings are more European. Meat & fish, vegetarian, delicious sauces, and amazing deserts. It is a treat to have food that is prepared by skilled chefs. Now I need to check my diary for our next visit.

Françoise and Olivier, the owners, create such a climate that you have the impression of being with family; the hotel is clean and well maintained, modern (the spa is perfect); the staff is available discreet and stylish as for the table, it is of exceptional quality. We will definitely come back. Well done to them.

Beautiful establishment, spacious and comfortable room. copious, varied and quality breakfast. The spa area is nice. The staff is smiling and caring. Thank you for everything 👍
