Every time we go to Honfleur, we book a table at this restaurant. A must. We've never been disappointed by this Michelin-starred establishment. The inventive cuisine is based first and foremost on the selection of high-quality local products. Furthermore, both in the dining room and in the kitchen, you can feel the passion for the craft. The service is attentive yet elegant, professional yet friendly. The dishes are meticulously prepared and beautifully presented, where flavors blend harmoniously and textures complement each other perfectly. There's also a touch of daring, as evidenced by the use of peanuts in unexpected dishes. From slow-cooked cod to pink duck and the perfectly cooked egg, the cooking is precise and meets the guests' expectations.
Among my many favorites: the scallop velouté and the chocolate tuile dessert. Thank you, Chef, and thank you to the entire restaurant team for these delightful moments.

When we walked through the door of this restaurant, invited by friends, we had no idea we were about to experience one of the best culinary moments of our short stay in Honfleur. Nestled between land and sea, the welcome is warm and friendly, a far cry from the tourist traps in the area. Here, the service is professional and calm. The dining experience is exquisitely refined. The dishes we were offered combine remarkable seasonal and local produce, expertly prepared. Everything is harmonious, controlled, and coherent, resulting in cuisine of rare precision. For me, it's perhaps one of the best restaurants in the region, if not the best in Honfleur. Bravo to the young chef and thank you to his team. This establishment has given us a reason to return to this beautiful town of Honfleur one day.

An incredible experience! My girlfriend and I opted for the tasting menu! €75 + €35 for the sommelier's services, who introduced us to three wines that paired perfectly with our dishes! It might seem expensive, and rightly so, but we tasted no fewer than ten courses! From amuse-bouches to desserts and coffee accompaniments, not forgetting the digestif between the fish and meat courses.
The service was seamless, with young, competent, and attentive waiters! It was truly a fantastic experience!

Entre Terre et Mer is a restaurant awarded by both Michelin and Gault & Millau. Due to the high demand, making a reservation in advance is absolutely necessary.
We chose the €39 menu, which included a starter, main course, and dessert. In addition, they served incredibly delicious homemade bread and butter. It was one of the best fine dining experiences we have ever had.
The staff were very polite, knowledgeable about the dishes, and provided detailed explanations, as well as being very friendly. We also really liked their choice of music. I would definitely recommend it.

We came last night for Valentine's Day dinner and it was a pure delight to eat their exquisite dishes. They explained each course before us and took great care to ask if everything was alright and if we had enjoyed it.
The welcome was already fantastic, but throughout the evening their kindness, smiles, and attentiveness never wavered. Thank you so much.
A truly excellent restaurant for us. We will gladly return.
