Very good cuisine, the dishes are copious and the quality is there. The terroir is in the spotlight and in a beautiful Basque building you can only enjoy yourself in the center of Mendionde.

Très bonne table, service soignée et gentillesse et humour de la serveuse et du patron ! Tout était extra ! Goût, présentation, qualités ,quantités dans les assiettes,produits locaux . Je conseille cette adresse en pleine campagne .

17/03/2024: A very friendly welcome. Excellent cuisine made by a chef who loves his job, it shows on the plate.. Nothing to say except that it is an address not to be missed. The setting is magnificent with a view facing the Baigura... The service is top notch and very careful 👍
