A warm welcome. A very pleasant room. A superbly maintained hotel. And the meals were a delight, high quality and varied. These days, finding such amenities is rare.

Super comfortable bed, quiet room, the spa was at the perfect temperature, ideal for relaxing. The meal was delicious and beautifully presented, no waiting, everything I love. Thank you to Fabien and Corinne.

Family ski holiday in Metabief at the Etoile des Neiges hotel. First time and a delightful discovery of the hotel. High-quality welcome and service, excellent food!! The facilities offered truly made the stay exceptional (jacuzzi, swimming pool, après-ski facilities!!) And plenty of activities for children (games room, table tennis, board games...). The hotel is located 800m from the ski lifts! We'll definitely be back!

This is our second stay at this charming hotel. We have absolutely no complaints; everything is perfect. The room was spacious, the bedding very comfortable, and the cleanliness impeccable. The meals were generous and delicious, prepared with local produce. The breakfast was good, and the wellness area was very pleasant. There was a heated pool and jacuzzi, and the sauna was very clean and furnished with sun loungers. The hotel also has games, a gym, and easy parking. In short, we will be back very soon. I highly recommend this establishment; you can book with complete confidence.

Fourth stay… and still the same love at first sight ❤️ Every time we visit Métabief, it's a true joy to return to the Hôtel Étoile des Neiges, where everything comes together perfectly: a warm atmosphere, impeccable comfort, restorative tranquility, and truly top-notch service. We felt pampered from beginning to end. The owners are absolutely wonderful and admirable: exceptionally kind, attentive to every detail, and always ready to make your stay truly special. A precious, authentic place that we eagerly anticipate returning to… and where we will undoubtedly return again! ✨

A 3-star hotel, certainly (I imagine the interior design reflects that), but with a level of service worthy of a 5-star establishment. Impeccable cleanliness (a rarity these days), even in the spa area (which is notoriously difficult to clean), a very friendly welcome, excellent quality half-board food, and impeccable table service. If you pay attention, you can see the hard work behind the scenes, with meticulous organization! A family hotel in the truest sense of the word, where everyone pitches in, from the grandchildren to the grandfather! A huge thank you to the two managers and their friendly team! In short, if the opportunity arises again, we would gladly return.

A delightful stay in a peaceful and well-maintained setting. We were looking for tranquility in a location with easy access to hiking trails and the mountains. And what can I say about the restaurant? Local cuisine, fresh, high-quality ingredients. I highly recommend this establishment to everyone, whether couples or families. Very generous Mont d'Or cheese with a charcuterie/salad platter. Welcoming and competent staff. Reasonable prices. We recommend this restaurant.

Superb location, next to good restaurants, fully equipped, brand new, beautifully decorated, sauna, spa bath, large living and dining room, spacious bedrooms, comfortable bedding, very clean, generous breakfasts, and above all, a remarkably kind hostess. There were four of us, and we were treated like royalty. An excellent memory that makes us love the Jura region, far removed from the glitz of some Alpine resorts.
