A pleasant surprise. You expect to find yourself in a wine cellar, but no... trust me. Warm welcome. Seafood and fish are the main attraction. The owner is in the kitchen, and it's delicious.

A very pleasant seafood restaurant in Carcassonne! I had a wonderful time; the atmosphere is friendly and attentive without being intrusive. I had a bouillabaisse (which I had pre-ordered) and frankly, it was delicious: fragrant, generous with fish, and perfectly seasoned. You can tell the ingredients are fresh, which makes all the difference. A great place for seafood lovers; I highly recommend it! I'll gladly go back! Thank you to Eddy for his humor, kindness, and culinary talents! 🐟

We dined at Gil's two nights in a row, and having thoroughly enjoyed the first evening, we decided to order bouillabaisse for the following day. The portion was more than generous for a very reasonable price. Absolutely delicious, topped off with a warm welcome from Eddy and the young waiter whose name I unfortunately didn't get. Highly recommended for anyone who loves fish!

A small restaurant a little out of the way from the center, but well worth the trip. We had a set menu, which included a super fresh and delicious seafood platter with a generous portion, duck confit, and crème brûlée. Everything was excellent, thank you!

Passing through Carcassonne, the restaurant near the Astoria Hotel was a great find. You have to go down to the basement; the grilled fish is excellent and the seafood is very fresh at a very reasonable price.
