Incredibly fresh, top-quality produce, especially the seafood and fish. Everything is expertly prepared, with excellent sauces and meticulous attention to detail. A relaxed atmosphere, good music, and impeccable service. A perfect 10!

The only fish, seafood, and shellfish restaurant in Carcassonne.
What's more, the products are incredibly fresh and the food is excellent.
The cassoulet is a must-try: you really taste the rich flavor of the beans, whereas elsewhere you don't even notice it.
It's remarkable! Everything is prepared by a fantastic chef and a perfectly attentive waiter. A must for seafood lovers, I highly recommend it.

My partner and I had dinner here. We were looking for a seafood restaurant, but there aren't many. Well, this one is perfect. You can go there without hesitation. The meal was excellent, and the portions were generous; you definitely won't leave hungry.

A lovely and welcoming restaurant. Eddy Gil is a wonderful host and an excellent cook. We had a spectacular seafood platter and the service was superb. Highly recommended. We'll definitely be back.

My husband and I met up with friends for dinner here and what a treat it turned out to be!
We shared the scallop carpaccio which was seasoned beautifully and served with small piquinio peppers.
To follow we shared the fresh seafood platter and the plancha of cooked fish, OMG both were beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. The Parilada (plate of grilled fish) was so good, there was such a wonderful selection.
For desert we shared the Gill special crepe, flambe with ice cream. Sooo good!
Highly recommened, you will not be disappointed!
