Excellent welcome, charming and timeless historical setting ensuring a unique experience. We had Guillaume's fabulous cocktail at orange and Calvados, very good! I was able to taste the very original snails prepared with Camembert, the soft sauce accompanying the steak was very sweet, the meat very rare, I enjoyed it. And as I have a sweet tooth, the profiterole won me over with its ice cream and exquisite hot chocolate. Perfect and smiling service, we were delighted. Thank you really for this time at home ❤️. I recommend!

Beautiful restaurant, beautiful setting. The food is good, but for the price you expect much better. The real problem is the server. He makes tons of it, to the point that we have the impression that he takes us for imbeciles and looks down on us. It's frankly unpleasant. We are presented with dishes with scallops 'as a suggestion', only to then be told that there are none and that the menu must change... in a week. Seriously ? Then we ask for an apple pie... and there, no apples! In Normandy, no apples, is that a joke? But the worst part was the roasted camembert that I ordered, with a use-by date that was 11 days past. Okay, it's still edible at home, but in a restaurant that charges almost €30, it's scandalous. And the restaurant's excuse made no sense...a Camembert doesn't have to be rotten to be runny. This is complete rubbish!

Restaurant discovered by chance during a walk. Excellent tripe and almost perfect coq au vin, the sauce of which would have benefited from being smoother. Impeccable service and smiles from everyone! Very good time. THANKS

Stopped by chance with my husband at this establishment for lunch on August 30, 2024, we came away delighted. Very warm welcome, beautiful menu with dishes from the region which are delicious. We had the tripe (my husband was able to compare the tripe with that cooked by his mother-in-law!) and the sea bass fillet. Not to mention the desserts, which were just like the dishes! We feel the commitment, the perseverance, the dynamism, the professionalism of this young establishment chef. If we return to the region, we will not hesitate to come back to eat in this magnificent setting which takes us back in time. Thank you.

Très bon accueil, serveuse et serveur aux petits soins, plats copieux et gouteux pas déçus de nos choix. A l abri de qqs goutes de pluie sous parasol suivies par un beau soleil avons bien choisi de manger dehors. A recommander si vous passez dans le coin pour visiter ce petit village atypique.
