A fantastic weekend ski trip! The magnificent view of the snow-covered mountains from the balcony upon waking was a real treat. At first glance, the room might seem a little small for three people, but this is more than compensated for by a large bathroom and a very spacious closet, perfect for ski equipment. Breakfast was included, varied, and enjoyable, with a panoramic view. The location is ideal, right on the slopes, with everything you need right there (rentals, shops, a Sherpa supermarket, restaurants, and bars). The staff was very welcoming, the games room was a hit with the kids, and the bar was nice for the adults. As for the restaurant, dinner was excellent: delicious and well-prepared dishes with attentive service. The building is a bit dated on the outside, but the interior is warm, cozy, and full of charm. A wonderful discovery – we'll gladly return!

Like many people, we booked with a lot of apprehension after seeing some bad reviews, but we were pleasantly surprised. The hotel is very well located, and you can tell it's recently renovated. My job is to design hotels and tourist residences. I can tell you that for such an old building, the renovation is very well done. The staff is very friendly, the breakfast is really varied, and those who say they don't like it are really picky. I recommend the cocktails at the bar, which are perfectly balanced. The bartender is passionate, and if there's an ingredient you don't like, just tell him, and he'll change your mind for sure. If you have the time, consider booking a massage with Magalie; she has magic hands.

The building still needs to be reviewed because there is no elevator, all or almost all of them are broken, and arriving in the parking lot is very damaged and in the corridors there is no carpet.

We had a wonderful experience at this restaurant! We received a very warm welcome and excellent service. The waitress was incredibly kind, friendly, and attentive, which made our visit even more enjoyable. The food was superb; a big thank you to the chef who truly excelled. We had a fantastic time and will gladly return!

Ideally located at the foot of the slopes with direct access, a garage for your car, a warm and very professional welcome, a comfortable, fully renovated room with a terrace, right on the slopes. The restaurant offers a different menu each day, featuring delicious local dishes. The service is very friendly and efficient. Numerous services are available, from spa massages to saunas. We had an excellent stay, thank you to the whole team. We'll be back next year ;)

I spent a few days there with my daughter and it was perfect. Special mention to Greg the waiter and his team who provide fast, friendly and high-quality service.

Stayed in February 2026 with my son. I hesitated to book because of the many negative reviews, but we had a fantastic week. The hotel is very well located on the slopes, and the room facing the slopes was perfect. The hotel is clean, the decor is nice, and the bedding is comfortable. A special mention goes to the staff, who are lovely and professional. A minor drawback is the 140cm bed, which is too small for a couple, and the activities offered are only available from 4 pm to 7 pm, which is a shame for non-skiers. The biggest plus is the varied breakfast, with sweet and savory options—everything you could want.

A very good choice despite the bad reviews. The rooms are a bit dated but perfectly adequate, the renovated bathrooms are pleasant, and the staff is very helpful and friendly. Alexandre, the manager, is also very accommodating. Breakfast is perfect; there's absolutely something for everyone. The hotel bar and restaurant are also very good. Everything is right there! The hotel's location is a real plus, right at the foot of the slopes. The only drawback is the soundproofing; you can hear the surroundings and the neighbors quite a bit, but it's bearable. It's a good hotel; I recommend it.
