Restaurant Hotel Le Bellevue sur La Bouille

Soirée Saint Valentin. Vue magnifique sur la Seine. Accueil impeccable, un service vestiaire devenu rarissime. Foie gras d exeption Rien à redire si ce n'est de recommander vivement.

Charming hotel and a perfect restaurant. I'm traveling on business and my room is very good, the hotel is renovating them. Very pleasant service. I recommend!

Our party of two couples stayed one night. We booked Le Bellevue just as a convenient economical overnight stop heading South from Calais and avoiding the ,sometimes slow, morning traffic in Rouen the next day. Reviews seemed OK so we expected an adequate break in our journey. What we experienced was different .The riverside location and views are superb and La Bouille is a charming village. Parking is street only and might sometimes be an issue but we managed to get right outside the hotel. Checking in was efficient and friendly. Ageing legs welcomed the presence of a lift. The rooms are small and basic and a bit dated ( it is an unpretentious 2*) but adequate, clean and with a real French character that is usually missing in newer hotels at and well above this price range. Until dinner we were more than satisfied with our choice. After the meal we were totally delighted. All four of agreed we had rarely, if ever, eaten better, the quality of the food was way beyond what we expected and it was matched by the charm and efficiency of the service. To complete our satisfaction breakfast did not disappoint. Overall this place is a gem and superb value for money, the simple overnight stop became one of our holiday highlights we regretted that journey plans ruled out a return visit this time but we definitely visit again . A perfect journey breaking stopover with a restaurant worth a considerable detour. We strongly recommend it. Visited again August 2024. Delighted to say it was just as good this time.

A hotel with a soul on the banks of the Seine. The rooms are simple but comfortable. The table is perfect with dishes that are out of the ordinary and delicious. Pure happiness! What can we say about the breakfast with almost all homemade products. No regrets

The hotel is very well located on the banks of the Seine. The cuisine at Hector's restaurant is delicious and the breakfast is very generous. On the other hand, the rooms deserve a good renovation and insulation, (radiator noises, ventilation, elevators, cooking smells, etc.) the bed is uncomfortable. It's a shame..

Charming hotel, the owners are very welcoming, the rooms simple but comfortable. Breakfast is delicious with homemade jams and compotes, pastries and hot, crispy breads. The two dinners served by two wonderful waiters were excellent with local and seasonal products, the dessert worthy (chocolate caramel passion tart) of a gourmet restaurant!

Excellent welcome from a group of 30 people. The hotel agreed to open especially for us. The evening meal at the Table d'Hector was perfect and breakfast was brought forward to 7 a.m. at our request as well.

A perfect stopover on the cycle route! Located right next to the ferry, the hotel is comfortable for a welcome break. We discovered a perfect restaurant, with a tempting menu and friendly service. Recommended!
