The hotel is clean, the rooms are not exceptional. But what saves this hotel, and really from the top, is a top team! Helpful but not obsequious, friendly but very respectful, whether it is the reception, the service in the restaurant or even the chef (who always visits the room to see if everything is going well), everyone is motivated and it shows and feels. They get along very well with each other and it shows. Truly a hotel I would happily return to!

Don't hesitate for a single second. I travel to hotels extensively and have never encountered such a friendly, helpful and even friendly team. You immediately feel that they all enjoy serving you and that they get along well. For this reason alone, it removes small defects from rooms that are no longer in their prime. The bar is great and equipped with a table football, Arcade terminal, chess game, books, guitar, numerous armchairs, local beers, etc. The catering is top notch and the chef takes pleasure in coming to meet you. THANK YOU to the whole team for your welcome, don’t change anything.

Welcoming and caring staff. Room a little "old-fashioned": carpet on the floor, reasonable hygiene but could be improved, particularly in terms of sanitary facilities, nothing alarming but to be taken into account before it deteriorates too much. Services ok. No complaints. (Fresh breakfast, attentive staff, guarded parking, quiet location)

Great team, attentive and good advice. Hotel located between St Exupery and Lyon airports (30 minutes by bus)

A little difficult to find with traffic and the hospital otherwise ok. Rooms not soundproofed, you can hear everything that happens in the next room.

Proche de l'hôpital, tarif extrêmement correct, repas possible fais maison, frais et à un prix abordable. J'ai bien dormi, la chambre est très propre et le personnel est agréable et à l'écoute. Je suis venu pour l'hospitalisation de mon fils, pas de la région, j'étais vraiment très satisfaite de pouvoir me reposer chez eux pendant 2 jours et pouvoir recharger les batteries pour m'occuper de mon ❤️
