The room was really nice for the price. However, the hotel's somewhat isolated location, right next to the hospital, was noticeable. As for the staff, we were warmly welcomed at breakfast by a charming lady who was incredibly sweet. On the other hand, the receptionist was a different story. One day he was pleasant and courteous, the next he was pretentious to the point of being disrespectful. A better attitude is certainly more pleasant at a hotel reception.

Great time at the restaurant this lunchtime! The staff were super friendly. Especially Damien, who was very pleasant. Very welcoming, I highly recommend it. We ate very well in a warm and inviting atmosphere. The welcome made a big difference.

I spent the night there while waiting for the group, brought by a colleague. The room was pleasant and quiet. Breakfast was fine. The group was delayed (by an hour) due to an accident on the highway, but the kitchen staff were responsive and provided excellent service upon their arrival. It was easily accessible, and by letting them know in advance, they reserved parking for the coach. We've stayed there several times and it's always been excellent.

I stayed at this Ibis hotel for a company convention (42 people), and I think it's important to take the time to share an experience, especially when it's so positive. From the moment we arrived, we received a warm welcome. Everything was perfectly prepared and organized according to our requests, and even exceeded our expectations. The hotel is clean, well-decorated, and we felt at ease very quickly. The pre-dinner drinks were a much-appreciated moment, with a welcome that was always personalized, efficient, and genuinely human—we truly felt like guests. As for the overnight stay, there were no disappointments either: the rooms, although modest in size, are adequate, attractive, and comfortable. The bedding is high-quality, the sheets are soft and smell wonderful, which greatly contributes to the comfort of the stay. You can tell that the rooms have been prepared with care. A huge thank you to Samia, the head housekeeper, who personally greeted us to assure us that guest satisfaction is her team's top priority. She even took the time to come back and chat with us the next morning at breakfast, a truly thoughtful touch. Finally, I want to emphasize the quality of the welcome, from reception to breakfast service: everything was impeccable. This warm and genuine hospitality is becoming increasingly rare and deserves to be highlighted. Well done to the entire team and thank you for this wonderful experience.
