It's become part of French culture, and it's just fantastic.
The store is great, the experience is always so efficient, inspiring, and friendly.
I love it, love it, love everything about it.

I went there with my interior designer to finalize the decor choices for the living room and kitchen, as well as the furniture for my office.
I was a little apprehensive about the logistics after reading some reviews online, but the experience was flawless. We took advantage of the first day of the winter sales, and, a major plus, everything was immediately available in stock.
We were able to shop completely independently and leave with our items, avoiding delivery delays or click & collect. The store is incredibly inspiring and well-stocked. A huge thank you for this seamless experience, which allowed me to bring my project to fruition with complete peace of mind.

Large, well-organized store.
Quite a selection, except for bathroom furniture...
We didn't buy anything because the project is a long way off, but we did stop by the restaurant!
We ran into Emmanuelle in the kitchen and Sophie at the till.
Two absolutely lovely women, so cheerful and professional.
They were the perfect ending to our afternoon at the store!
Thank you to them, and may their good humor continue to inspire them every day (the beef and vegetarian meatballs are delicious!).

A wonderful experience at the IKEA restaurant in Toulouse.
Emmanuel welcomed and served us with great kindness and professionalism, even though service was almost over.
Always smiling, attentive, and dedicated, Emmanuel truly went above and beyond to ensure we had a delicious meal.
A charming and committed person who deserves our support. Thank you again!

Generally a very good store. Some issue here and there though. For example yesterday the location for the placement of items in the show room was different from the reality. Went to the place indicated on the item in the show room - nothing. Had to go back to a PC, find it there and only then I was able to locate it.

I was a little annoyed by the customer service response time, but perhaps I'm just too impatient. I had a complaint regarding a checkout error due to my own mistake; an item was charged twice. I received a call back, it's resolved, thank you!
