Always a great experience at the IKEA in Roques. The store is huge with tons of inspiration for every room in the house. The staff are helpful and the checkout process is fairly smooth during the week. A must-visit classic!

As a long-time customer, I must admit I struggle to find fault with this establishment. However, I came yesterday with a trailer. There are parking spaces designated for vans and vehicles with trailers. Of all the available spaces, 80% were occupied by regular cars. It took me a while to find a parking spot because it's impossible to maneuver in the multi-story car park with a trailer attached. You should do something to ensure these spaces are respected because it's a real hassle! Try to find a solution to reserve these few spaces (there are very few) for people who genuinely need them because you can't rely on the civility of your customers...
