This evening was particularly important to us as it was my partner's birthday. Once again, this exceptional couple of restaurateurs played a major role in making it a resounding success. In the kitchen, the chef was impeccable, without a single misstep, and the service was simply perfect from beginning to end. It wasn't our first visit, but this experience deserves special mention because the quality of the welcome, the cuisine, and the attention to detail was truly remarkable. A huge thank you to the entire team for this wonderful evening that we won't soon forget.

Twenty years later, a meal that was still just as sublime. From the amuse-bouches to dessert, every dish was delicious, and the beautiful wines that accompanied them were perfectly chosen by the sommelier. An unforgettable evening that more than justifies the Michelin star! Thank you to the owners for their kindness and down-to-earth nature.

A truly wonderful experience! The selection of ingredients is remarkable. The early spring weather is perfect for it, but that's not all. The cooking is spot-on and the seasonings precise. The jus and sauces are outstanding. The dishes flow seamlessly, each one a step below the last. The wine list is well-thought-out but a bit limited in terms of half-bottles and wines by the glass. The desserts are at least on par with the rest of the cuisine: a detour well worth the trip. The only minor point that I felt could have been improved is the butter. The hint of citrus is a little out of season. A touch of greenery, but especially a bit more iodine, would have been perfect to accompany the beautiful shellfish and fish... all the more so since the bread is excellent.

Five stars for this reliable Clermont restaurant, boasting over twenty years of Michelin stars. The pace is perfect, and the welcome and service are excellent. The dishes are beautifully prepared, and the wine list is extensive!

A very pleasant dining room with a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. The food is excellent and full of flavor. We were greeted with great kindness and attentiveness, and the service was top-notch. You immediately feel at ease, like you're at home. A truly wonderful place where you're guaranteed a great time!

The meal was good, but the portion size was far too small for the price. Disappointed compared to other similar establishments.
