... c'est ce qui nous a agreablement surpris dans ce restaurant que, de passage, nous avons choisi parce qu'il se trouvait sur notre chemin. Si vous aimez l'andouillette, vous ne seres pqs decus par l'originale et excellente preparation du chef (ou de la cheffe ?). Jolie terrasse avec vue sur le Canigou.
Une belle adresse ou je m'y arrête le midi quand je suis dans le coin.
La formule est un excellent rapport qualité prix.

Cuisine maîtrisée
The restaurant is great, the staff is very welcoming and professional. The dishes are very good and fresh, there is a large choice of wine. As a starter, I chose the “Black Angus” beef carpacio, one of the best carpacio I have eaten. As a main course, the scallops were very good, especially with the accompaniment. I also found that the taste of the scallops was very light. I would recommend the beef as a main course. Finally the dessert was delicious, a French toast very flavored with Tonka nuts and a candied apricot on top. The young man who welcomed us was very cheerful. A location on a covered terrace is available, perfect for summer. The toilets are very clean and smell good. The restaurant is open for lunch on July 4th. I don't know about dinner on July 4th.
29/08/2024: We spent 2 wonderful days there. The bosses are very kind, caring.
The hotel apartments have been well designed. The place is magnificent, very quiet. The dishes served were delicious. We will come back
