It's not so much a question of quality as of quantity on the plate... especially for the price! €6 for half a glass of white wine is a bit steep. Perhaps we should have checked reviews of other restaurants before choosing. Anyway. It's a shame, the place is nice.

A warm and friendly welcome. This is the second year I've dined at this restaurant, and it's always just as delicious, with the added bonus of a lovely, calm, and cozy atmosphere (the wood-burning stove provides warmth). Quick service. The owner is delightful.

An unexpected delight! Judging by the Google rating, it was a pure pleasure. The dishes were refined, flavorful, and well-balanced, from the main course to dessert, as was the service! The cozy atmosphere by the mountain fire makes all the difference. I highly recommend it, thank you. The prices are reasonable considering the quality.

We had a wonderful time; the atmosphere and decor were absolutely fantastic. The waiter was very pleasant. The portions were perfect, and the food was delicious. And the restrooms are hilarious! 😁

I'm writing this review because I find it truly regrettable to see some of the criticisms that, in my opinion, don't reflect the reality of this establishment at all. For our part, we had an excellent evening. I opted for the foie gras as a starter: a perfectly executed preparation, subtle seasoning, and a melt-in-your-mouth texture—you can immediately taste the expertise and quality of the product. My wife chose the octopus, and again, it was flawless: remarkably cooked, resulting in a perfectly tender texture while retaining its character. Anyone who knows how difficult it is to cook octopus to perfection will appreciate this level of technical mastery. For dessert, my tiramisu was excellent, creamy and perfectly balanced. My wife's profiteroles were equally successful—a real treat, perfectly executed. The welcome was warm and attentive—you immediately feel welcome, and that makes all the difference. As someone who frequents fine dining establishments, I can confidently say that this restaurant is every bit as good as many others. The culinary technique is impeccable; each dish reflects true precision and a passion for the craft. And considering it's located in a ski resort, the level of quality offered here is simply exceptional. You can go there without hesitation; you won't be disappointed. Don't change a thing, it's perfect. And thank you again for a wonderful experience!
