Excellent experience at this restaurant! The service was impeccable, with a fantastic waitress: professional, smiling, and very attentive. A great find! The small menu at Bouillon was perfect for a quick meal. The beef skewer was very tender, and the young waitress was very friendly. Well done!

The only slight hiccup was that the non-alcoholic aperitif didn't taste as advertised. This was pointed out when we paid, and the staff offered a gesture of goodwill. We appreciated it.

02/09/2026: I gave it 5/5, everything was top-notch: the welcome, the food made with fresh ingredients and just like before, generous portions for big eaters, the presentation of the dishes was excellent 👍, and the waitresses were very dedicated even if you haven't made a reservation.
