Freshness of the products at the top: I appreciated the fisherman's mousseline: Coalfish, John Dory and a little salmon. Delicious, very fine. Also the chicken with chestnuts and small vegetables and mushrooms from the undergrowth. A treat for the taste buds, very balanced flavors. Sparkling indoor team, attentive and full of pep. Pour une première visite je ne suis pas déçue. Endroit très accueillant, joliment décoré. Beaucoup de choix côté cave et épicerie fine. Personnel accueillant, très à l'écoute et très souriant. Ambiance très sympa. Côté restaurant ,J'ai découvert la potence de boeuf, ananas flambée au whisky, ainsi que les gambas, noix de pétoncles et fenouil flambés au pastis .Un délice. Nous reviendrons et je recommande vivement cet endroit .
