Magnificent meal in a typical Alsatian setting. What can we say about the cuisine which was incredible with the added bonus of perfect service. We will definitely return to this restaurant for our next visit to Alsace!

Small, cute restaurant with a mega-colored facade. The landlady very friendly and accommodating. She even speaks German very well, which made us happy. The food was super delicious. Definite recommendation if you're looking for good food in the area.

So we didn't know this restaurant, and we took it on the terrace, very pleasant terrace, the only downside is lack of light once night falls, candles would be a plus, very friendly staff, especially I think the owner (smiling and jovial). Of course now I'm going to say the things that aren't right, then it's not to lower this professional, but more to improve. 1) Lack of a drinks menu, when you sit down and are asked "What do you want to drink as an aperitif?" That's nice, but what do you serve? . 2) Given the heat, the drinks are unfortunately not cold enough, we will say that it is colder than cold. 3) I also find that the waitress organization needs to be reviewed, because we have seen several times, a waitress who goes to the customer's table, and takes the order and a minute later, the other waitress goes to the same table and asks what customers want. In any case it's a restaurant, simple and rather good, afterwards I think that if it were to attract more people it would be necessary to review the raw materials and will attract more people with formulas for small budgets, example: instead of doing veal cordon bleu, why not make them with chicken? . Otherwise we feel that it is homemade, like their fried potatoes, very good. In any case, if you want to spend a quiet evening, we advise you to go there, because it's a professional who doesn't push you to quickly leave your table, we give you time to enjoy your moment without putting yourself out there. pressure in any case we still had an excellent evening. To say that they are so cool that we even came by several times, even though we had finished for several minutes without asking us if we wanted a dessert, we had to ask for the menu to be able to enjoy the following. But I think it's a lack of organization among the waitresses but it's nothing serious, it was the weekend 😜. In any case, good luck to you!

We passed by by chance, there was a beautiful shaded terrace, we sat down and had dinner, their tomato mozzarella and smoked ham salad was just exceptional... an adorable waitress and I suppose the friendly and responsive owner, with little care.. I wish them lots of curious people as satisfied for a small town like Souffel Weyersheim...
