Superb experience, ideal setting in the small village of Cliousclat. 5-star service and delicious food. Highly recommended.

Perfection in every aspect: the welcome, the location, the service, and of course the excellence of a meal that was perfect in its composition, its variety, the use of perfectly measured and chosen spices...a rare and truly special moment, highly recommended!!!

A superbly located spot in a very pleasant setting: under a wisteria and a grapevine, sheltered from noise and traffic. A true haven of peace. The welcome and service are impeccable, provided by friendly and attentive staff. The cuisine is refined, made with quality ingredients, and the dishes are presented with great care. However, there is one major drawback: vegetarian cuisine is truly the poor relation of the menu. On my last two visits, no vegetarian dishes were offered. Instead: a "chef's selection" consisting of side dishes for the meat dishes (mashed potatoes, grilled eggplant, etc.). At a similar price, nearly €30, this should be justified by a genuine culinary offering. This is all the more frustrating because the vegetarian starters are excellent: proof that the restaurant knows what it's doing. (Excellent porcini mushroom soup, delicious chestnut gnocchi...) To the team: I'd be more than happy to come back as soon as a real project to add more plant-based options to the main dishes is launched! Let me know again in August?

In the restrooms, there's a sign that says: "If you like what we do, tell your friends; if not, let us know." Well, I'll tell you about it. The food is very original, very good, beautifully presented and served, in a superb setting.

Nothing has changed: a very warm welcome, excellent, original, and delicious cuisine, and the portions are perfectly proportioned. Very good value for money. We will gladly return.

A wonderful discovery at La Fontaine in Cliousclat with the "Around the World" menu! A truly excellent experience in a warm and inviting setting. The concept is original and invites you on a journey through diverse flavors, all without leaving the Drôme region. The dishes are beautifully presented, generous, and delicious. Special mention goes to the quality of the ingredients, the balanced seasonings, and the care taken with each plate. The service was attentive, friendly, and very pleasant. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone curious about new flavors in a convivial atmosphere. We will gladly return!

It's a shame, we were a bit disappointed by the tiny portions of the dishes... it's a real pity because everything else was truly perfect: the food was delicious and beautifully presented, the staff very friendly, the place lovely and clean... but I'm sorry: for me, getting up from the table after choosing an 8-course tasting menu (the "Around the World" with 4 starters, 1 main course, and 3 desserts), at 50 euros per person, and then having to make pasta when we got home because we were still hungry... that's a deal-breaker. At the beginning of the meal, I was surprised by the very reasonable price for the quality of the food (which, in my opinion, could easily have a Michelin star given the quality!), but I understood why once I saw the minuscule portions served. It's a real shame, we won't be going back.

A festival of flavors and beautiful textures, all prepared with meticulous care and skill. Combining different tastes with perfectly executed cooking techniques, the dishes were truly sublime. Bravo to the chef and his team, who throughout this meal revealed the perfect balance of deliciousness and flavor! Thank you!
