Very nice place but the room was smaller than shown on the Booking website.

Simply top-notch. Room (cabins), services, and breakfast.

We stayed here for one night on our way from Zurich to the South of France, and it was a wonderful experience with a great price! The hotel itself is lovely, the staff was extremely welcoming and kind, and the restaurant was great. The room was perfect for our needs, and they easily accommodated us with a baby bed for our son. What really stood out, though, was their extraordinary customer service. After leaving, I realized I had forgotten my purse in the room, which contained essential items including our house keys. When we called, the staff went above and beyond to organize a delivery directly to our final destination. To our surprise, they even included our son's shirt and shorts, which we hadn't even realized we’d left behind! We are so grateful for their helpfulness and honesty. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone passing through or staying in Chambéry, and we will definitely stay here again!

The hotel is very nice; if you're passing through Chambéry, I highly recommend it. It's true that the hotel is close to the highway, but you wouldn't know it. Everything was great, the restaurant was really good, and the menu was worth it. The spa is a bit small, but it does the job. I'll definitely come back if I'm looking for a hotel in the area.

We tested the hotel, the spa, and the restaurant, and we have mixed feelings. The hotel has potential, but we were quite disappointed by the service and especially by the lack of attention to detail, which, in our opinion, makes all the difference in the customer experience. The rooms are clean, and the bedding is comfortable, although a bit firm for our liking. Our room was right next to the highway, but ultimately, once the blinds were closed, the noise didn't bother us during the night. Regarding the spa, we had booked a one-hour couples massage and spa access. Upon arrival, we were told that an "Instant Rouge" treatment had been booked, without our having requested it. We explained that we hadn't yet chosen our treatment and asked about the different options available. We received very little information, and the receptionist remained particularly vague in her explanations. The massage itself went well. On the other hand, the sound and lighting environment was far from ideal for what was supposed to be a relaxing experience. The music playing sounded more like commercial NRJ radio, with a selection simply described as "calming." Adding to this was the noise of the air conditioning, which regularly made a sound similar to a coffee machine… every two minutes. It was difficult to truly disconnect. The lighting was equally disappointing: no real attention was paid to creating an atmosphere. The curtains were open, and depending on the angle, the sun shone directly into our eyes. It was a far cry from the subdued and relaxing ambiance one expects from a spa. And it was only upon leaving that we discovered, in a brochure that hadn't been shown to us, that our package included hot stones and/or a body scrub. These options were not offered to us at all, despite our prior request. This is particularly unfortunate, since we had specifically taken the time to ask about the available services. Regarding the spa itself, it didn't really impress us. Both pools were cold, and in one of them, some of the jets weren't working. The only positive points were the sensory shower and the hammam, which were pleasant. The restaurant has a nice setting, but again, we were left wanting more. The dishes weren't particularly remarkable, and considering the prices, the value for money didn't seem to be there. Finally, when we checked out, the receptionist didn't ask us at all how our stay was or if we were satisfied. Not even a simple "Was everything alright?" Yet, it's precisely at this point that an establishment can gather customer feedback and understand what can be improved. Ultimately, this is the main impression that remains from our stay: the hotel has potential, but it still lacks attention to detail and a genuine commitment to enhancing the guest experience. Sometimes they're small things, but put together, they make a real difference. We won't be back.

A Smartbox gift from our daughter included an overnight stay, a one-hour spa session, and breakfast. We added a 45-minute couples massage after the spa. A huge thank you to the two massage therapists we had. The massage was very pleasant and relaxing. There's also a gym available. A big thank you to all the staff who were very welcoming and friendly. Everything was perfect. We had a wonderful stay and it makes us want to come back. We highly recommend this hotel for a lovely romantic getaway and to explore this beautiful region. The mattress was completely curved in the middle and therefore uncomfortable. I stayed there on Sunday with my family, and unfortunately everything at the hotel was closed (bar, restaurant, etc.).

Friendly and competent staff, lovely setting and excellent cuisine

My wife and I were invited for a thalassotherapy and gourmet meal package. We had a wonderful time; the staff were responsive and very helpful, the meal was delicious, generous, and beautifully presented. We highly recommend this establishment.

A very high-quality hotel. Housed in beautifully renovated or brand-new buildings, the rooms are spacious and bright. The young and attentive staff are dedicated to ensuring guest comfort. The breakfast is plentiful and varied. This establishment has an excellent reputation. The spa is reportedly very pleasant. I sincerely recommend it.
