Beautiful decor and ambiance in this unique restaurant. The menu evolves and changes very regularly. The food is simply superb with excellent value for money; I recommend the homemade foie gras, among other dishes cooked to perfection over a wood fire. The service is pleasant, both the gentleman and the lady… I highly recommend this place; it's worth the detour, and avoid taking the viaduct if you're passing through.

The food is excellent. However, the prices are high: €11 for a small dessert. On the other hand, the service needs improvement. The inappropriate comments and the manager's bad mood were unwelcome!

On this late winter Thursday at lunchtime, we walked through the door of this establishment and were quickly greeted by the chef himself, setting the tone and ambiance. After a friendly chat, we chose the set menu of starter, main course, and dessert. The decor and the open grill area undoubtedly create a feeling of comfort and warmth in the dining room. The service was impeccable (just remember to refill the water carafe... but that's a minor detail). In conclusion, a truly lovely establishment that leaves us wanting to return to Millau. Thank you to the entire team for this delightful experience.

15/05/2026: A very warm and friendly welcome. Once seated, you immediately feel a welcoming atmosphere, with no stress in the service. I also really appreciated that the main courses were served after the aperitif was finished, which isn't always the case. The plates were generously portioned and beautifully presented. We had a very enjoyable meal.
07/05/2026: A simple, welcoming restaurant in the center of Millau. The dishes are of good quality, and the meat is worthy of the region. Avoid the tiny and very average foie gras appetizer for its price of 17 euros. The rest is acceptable, nothing more.

25/05/2026: Perfect place for our lunch. Plenty of shade from the sun! Menu had plenty to choose from and the service from the very friendly team was great. Food es was tasty and plentiful. Good bottle of rosé and lots of water in a lovely setting made for a very enjoyable experience.
21/05/2026: Top-notch restaurant! The service was fantastic, and the food was just as good. I highly recommend this restaurant. Take advantage of it while it's only open seasonally; now's the time to go!
