A regrettable welcome and an unacceptable lack of respect Our experience at this establishment was particularly disappointing, not because of the menu selection, but primarily because of the waitress's attitude. As 66-year-olds, we had difficulty reading the menu on the tablet. We therefore simply asked for a paper menu, a perfectly reasonable request so we could view the dishes properly. In response, the waitress took the tablet from our hands. This inappropriate gesture struck us as particularly disrespectful given the simplicity of our request. To justify this approach, she explained that her boss was 65 years old and that he was the one who came up with the tablet menu. This argument left us perplexed: how does the boss's age justify a lack of consideration for the difficulties encountered by some customers? At 66 years old, are we supposed to assume we're incapable of using a tablet and accept being treated this way when we simply ask for an alternative? The problem isn't the technology, but rather the way our request was received. A little courtesy, understanding, and respect would have been more than enough to avoid this incident. A restaurant has a duty to welcome all its customers with the same consideration, regardless of their age or comfort level with digital tools. A simple request for a paper menu should never elicit such behavior. We deeply regret this experience, which leaves a very negative impression of this establishment's hospitality and customer service. Respect for the customer is not optional, and a restaurant's modernity cannot justify a basic lack of courtesy. We do not wish to repeat this experience and hope that this establishment will make the quality of its service and respect for its customers its top priorities.

Passing through the area, we booked a table on the road. The welcome and service were very pleasant and friendly. We opted for the €23.50 set menu (aligo sausage cooked over a wood fire and flaune). We also ordered a cheese plate for €11 (for 4 small pieces), which we found excessive. Having eaten in restaurants regularly, this is the first time we've paid so much for cheese. However, we recommend this place.

The staff is very good and the aligot with sausage is excellent. Very good value for money.

Hello and thank you for the very warm welcome this lunchtime. Your cuisine is excellent and refined, and the ingredients are fresh. (Pig's trotter carpaccio, mixed lamb grill...) The €38 set menu is very reasonable. We will be back from the Hérault region! 👍

A short stopover in Millau, but friendly service, excellent food quality and a very reasonable price.

Former cellars, a very beautiful place! Tastefully decorated! Excellent food! Wood-fired oven 🪵, very good wines, the trout was excellent, the chicken (pepper sauce) was perfectly cooked and tender... There was little to no pepper, so I asked for more sauce thinking there had been a mistake... €4 extra 😞 What a shame!

We went for lunch at 2 pm. We were greeted with a warm and friendly welcome. The all-duck salad was exceptional, and the other dishes were delicious! The bill was more than reasonable! We highly recommend this place!

Excellent place with very good local dishes. Quick service despite the crowds on the day of the Millau Viaduct race. Thank you very much. We highly recommend it.

A culinary marvel, the food is delicious and plentiful, the service friendly, and the decor truly unique. The wood-fired meats are cooked to perfection! We stop here every time we're in Millau. Highly recommended.
