Restaurant La Perdrix Blanche sur Chatel

We came for lunch during a ski day, on recommendation and we were not disappointed. The Caesar salad and wraps were plentiful and very good. The self-service mode is practical and offers a wide choice for all tastes. Prices are reasonable considering the location (compared to Avoriaz). The view of the mountains is very beautiful!

The present assessment is only for the restaurant for lunch in winter, not for the hotel or for dinner. This is a self-service with a huge capacity, often crowded anyway. The dishes are more on the “usual fast-food” side (spaghetti, lasagnas, sausage & French fries) but you can also find a couple of salads if you want to eat healthy. But you will not find that many interesting surprises. The service is fast so you do not wait for too long usually (unless the queue goes up to outside, which I sometimes witness…). There is a bar area (inside) so if you want just a coffee you do not need to do the whole queue for the restaurant. The prices are adapted to the excellent location of the restaurant, meaning slightly overpriced even for the area.

Very good mulled wine and friendly welcome The return was nice but the descent along the red slope was not very easy!!!

Childrens first ski holiday so it was magic carpet, greens & fun. This place is local to all of those and serves fast plus food has been amazing all week. The specials are worth a look daily! Yes its expensive but for convenience and great quality for the family it's worth it. Enjoy ♥️

A little expensive obviously but very good and well served for big eaters. Missing free WIFI and a little organization for lunch services otherwise it's great!

Very good stay! Ideally located at the foot of the slopes, the rooms are comfortable and the sauna and jacuzzi top notch. But it’s especially the chef who is incredible! I highly recommend half board because each dinner is delicious and careful! The desserts are particularly extraordinary. The staff are lovely and attentive. I'll be back :)

Lunch during a day of skiing. Self-service mode. 4 adults. Dish of the day flank steak sauce fried shallots green beans very good. My friends were also happy with their dish, well garnished and plentiful. Desserts also very good. Clean restaurant, friendly staff, good value for money.

Great place for a couple of drinks and a stop at the toilet when skiing. The onion soup was also great.

Très bon self avec de bons plats à un très bon prix...
